- I tried to reach out the them to cancel the reservation, they didn't want to refund any money. They could have more flexibility.
- I checked in Monday afternoon and had no issues until 7am Tuesday morning (July 29th 2025) when the window blinds system suddenly started malfunctioning. These electric blinds, controlled by a switch on the wall started loudly operating on their own, rising back up automatically whenever I tried to switch them down. The issue persisted, and the room wouldn't remain dark and quiet. I hailed the hotel staff on the floor to come and examine the issue, but they both pretended as though there is no issue. No english speaking staff made communicating impossible. When I approached the hotel desk with this problem, the desk attendant (A Mr. Mehdi Khiat) informed me every room in the properly shares the same blinds system and operates in the same way. He offered to change my room but notified me that all rooms have the same problem. I suffer from migraines and was suffering a migraine episode that morning. I patiently explained to Mr Khiat that due to my condition I require a dark and quiet environment. He was rude, dissmisive and impatient and unfortunately left me with no option but to immediately seek another accommodation solution at a new location. I had to spend significant effort, time and money while feeling quite unwell just to relocate to a different hotel. To make matters worse, Mr. Khiat insisted he will not be refunding the relatively pricy cost of stay even though I was not able to use the room in any capacity.

- Guten Tag, meine Freundin und ich haben hier gestern eingecheckt. Das Zimmer war so dermassen verstaubt und dreckig. Krümel, Dreck und flecken überall.. meine Freundin hat Allergie bedingtes Asthma und behandelt ihr Asthma therapeutisch. In den 3 Jahren in denen wir zusammen sind habe ich nie einen Asthma Anfall bei ihr erlebt. Sie musste die ganze Nacht immer wieder zum Notfall Inhalator greifen. Dies ist für sie ein absolutes Gesundheitsrisiko und eine Zumutung. Wir haben nun ausgecheckt und müssen eine alternative suchen. Als Studierende ist dies für uns happig. Wir möchten aus Kulanz bitte eine vollständige Erstattung beantragen. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis und ihren Support. Freundliche Grüsse, Rohat Turan

- Situation exceptionnelle : j'ai du être opérée. Ce n'était pas planifié. Malgré mes explications, l'hôtel n'a : - pas accepté de me rembourser - pas basculé la somme en voucher - pas accepté les nouvelles dates de séjour que nous proposions - plus répondu à mes messages

+ Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer.
- Teppichboden war abgenutzt und nicht so sauber. Im Bad in der Ecke hinter der Tür lagen noch Haare.
+ Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt um die Ecke vom Sbhf Landsberger Allee war praktisch, allerdings ist die Gegend auch etwas trist. Im Eingangsbereich des Hotels gibt es ein kleines Café. Hier gab es sehr guten Cappuccino und Kleinigkeiten zum Frühstück. Da war genau richtig für mich. Frühstücksbuffet gab es ebenfalls in der 1. Etage, das war mir jedoch zu teuer.
- Die Umgebung ist recht trist.
+ Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr aufmerksam.
- Einer Reklamation bzgl. einer nicht funktionierenden Halterung des Duschkopfes wurde nicht nachgegangen.

+ Der Toilettendeckel hängt daneben, das Waschbecken sinkt nach vorne ab. Teppiche überall sind erneuerungsbedürftig.
- Der geruch beim Betreten der Rezeption.
- Die Zimmer im 2. OG zur Hauptstraße sind laut, auch nachts.
+ Sehr freundliches Personal, Verkehrsgünstig gelegen- S-und Straßenbahn direkt neben dem Hotel, kurzer Weg zum Velodrom
- Die Aussicht zum Hinterhof- wir haben direkt auf ein anderes Gebäude geschaut
+ Duży, wygodny pokój, dobre śniadania, świetna lokalizacja
