- Got a first room which was not cleaned. Then a second one which had a blocked pipe, that I had to escape from due to sewage smell the next morning.
- How did this hotel pass EU fire regulation or comply with health and safety rules? How many bed space this hotel is registered for and how many beds, NOT ROOMS they are operating should be checked under the legislation every night. I.am a professional travel guide and I ve not only travelled the continents, I also had my own hotel business for over 20 years in UK. Never experienced such an uncomfortable stay and a concept. Taking the ultimate advantage of vanurable travellers or people need some kind of emergency accommodation. Does this hotel think the customers are stupid or we are animals? Is booking 4 non-related, international people in a room with a size smaller than a dog kennel legal? 2 single beds and a bunk bed for additional 2 people in such a room size is beyond belief. It should be for 2 peope or 2 beds max. The greed what I can name it as. No space to put even a hold luggage, a rugsack never mind the suitcase or to walk around the beds. . Also, They use a credit card processing system which doesnt accept all cards. Ridicilously expensive amenities.
+ ⭐️ Eine absolute Zumutung – nie wieder! Wir waren fünf Personen und hatten ein 7-Bett-Zimmer gebucht, weil das Hotel angeblich komplett ausgebucht war. Ein Schlafsaal wäre für uns völlig in Ordnung gewesen – das wussten wir und hätten es akzeptiert. Nach längerer E-Mail-Kommunikation wurde uns immer wieder bestätigt, dass keinerlei andere Zimmer verfügbar seien. Für das 7er Zimmer zahlten wir 385 €. Doch beim Check-in dann der nächste Schock: Als das Personal sah, dass eine von uns minderjährig ist, sollten wir plötzlich 670 € zahlen – und auf wundersame Weise war dann plötzlich ein 6-Bett-Zimmer frei. Ehrlich: Das grenzt schon an Abzocke. Alle Nachweise und E-Mails halfen nichts, kein Entgegenkommen, kein Versuch einer Lösung. Einfach nur dreist. Als wäre das nicht genug, haben wir beim Einchecken RATTEN auf dem Gelände gesehen. Für ein Hotel absolut untragbar. Das Zimmer selbst war zwar sauber, aber extrem hellhörig – man bekam wirklich jedes Geräusch aus den Nachbarzimmern mit. Die Dusche war verstopft, sodass man nach kurzem Duschen im Wasser stand, und die Toilette war winzig. In der Lobby liefen zudem zahlreiche betrunkene Personen herum, was alles andere als eine angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen hat. Die Lage war gut und das Frühstück in Ordnung, aber das Personal kam mit dem Abräumen kaum hinterher. Der Höhepunkt: Am Sonntagmorgen um 5 Uhr ging plötzlich der Feueralarm los. Das Personal war überfordert, wusste nicht, was zu tun ist, und wir standen über eine Stunde in der Kälte – völlig ohne Information, ob es ein echter Notfall war oder nicht. Ein absoluter Albtraum. Fazit: Unfreundliches Personal, chaotische Organisation, hygienische Mängel, überzogene Preise, massiver Lärm und ein Feueralarm ohne jegliche Betreuung. Dieses Hotel war eine einzige Enttäuschung und eine Zumutung. Wir kommen definitiv nie wieder und können nur dringend abraten

Passable hostel, well-located for train journeys basically anywhere (Sloterdijk is a major hub). Kitchen is quite small for how many people it serves and not so well-equipped, but you can still cook anything there. Not a great hostel for meeting people.
Auberge propre et fonctionnelle de bon rapport qualité / emplacement / prix. Le quartier excentré ne présente pas d'intérêt mais est bien connecté au centre par le train et le bus. Le buffet de petit déjeuner est bien fourni et de qualité.
Clean and functional hostel with good quality / location / price ratio. The eccentric neighborhood is not of interest but is well connected to the center by train and bus. The breakfast buffet is well stocked and of quality.
Superbe endroit pour rester une courte période, simple inconvénient, le transport en commun de la ville vs l’option de la gare pour rejoindre le centre sont indépendantes, donc à réfléchir coté temps (- Transport + Train) vs coût (-Train + Transport)

- Es war Schimmel im WC Bereich, Schimmel in dem Duschzimmer, im WC Zimmer hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen. Haare und Fuseln auf unserer eigentlich unbenutzter Bettwäsche. Keine Einsicht seitens Personal

+ La ubicación es buena en relación a su precio y su ubicación con la estación central de Amsterdam, el aeropuerto y Zaandam. Tuvimos algunos problemas de ruido con gente joven que había en habitaciones próximas, pero los empleados estaban atentos a las zonas comunes para evitarlos. Lo comuniqué y desapareció el problema. Lo bueno del baño es que está separado el wc del lavabo para lavarse la cara y los dientes y de la ducha.Además, por 15 euros tuvimos la opción de late-check out, lo que nos vinos muy bien para el día que finalziabamos el viaje.
- Quizás para mejorar deberían poder atender también en español, y que las almohadas fueran un poco más cómodas, sin llegar a ser molestas, he estado en hoteles con menos comodidad.
