Fiz a minha reserva no hostel Chmielna 5 rooms & apartments e quando cheguei lá para o check-in o hostel afirmou que não tinha reserva nenhuma em meu nome e que não trabalhavam com o hostelworld. Com isto tive que fazer uma nova reserva do quarto na hora e voltar a pagar o valor da mesma, perdendo o dinheiro que já me tinha sido tirado da primeira reserva pelo site.
I made my reservation at the hostel Chmielna 5 rooms & apartments and when I arrived there for check-in the hostel claimed that I had no reservation in my name and that they did not work with hostelworld. so I had to make a new room reservation in an hour and re-pay the value of the same, losing the money that had already been withdrawn from me from the first reservation by the site.
