- This hotel is nothing but a trap for tourists. The night shift manager is a scammer and blackmailer. In our absence, he deliberately poured water on the bed and then accused us of damage. At checkout, he demanded €50, blocked our way, shouted at my family (including my wife, daughter, and son), and tried to intimidate us into paying. When we refused his scam, he even called the police – but the officers immediately saw through his lies and supported us. This proves it was a planned fraud from the manager himself. This place is unsafe, corrupt, and disgraceful. I have traveled the world and stayed in countless hotels, but I have never faced such humiliation and harassment. Avoid this hotel at all costs – staying here is risking your money, your safety, and your peace of mind.

- Bathroom shower was not working, water was coming too slow from Tap, and also flush was not working properly

+ Die Empfangsdame war sehr bemüht, das Problem zu lösen.Sie hat alles getan, damit der Gast zufrieden ist. Jedoch gab es Mängel, die nur von ganz oben behoben werden können!

- Eingang nicht erkennbar Zimmertüre war unten offen ein Spalt. Musste mit einem Handtuch ausgwfüllt werden Dreckige Bettwäsche Vorgang/Rollo wae kaputt/gerissen ein Teil. Man konnte nicht abdunkeln. musste auch wieder ein Handtuch drüber hängen!!! es waren überall Spinnweben!!!!!!

- 1-There is no AC in the room. There is no air circulation, the room had no even a windows. There was a very old and broken fan, but wasn't enough. We couldn't sleep at all. 2- You can not wash your face or your teeth because there wasn't Cold water, water coming from the tab was only hot water 3- The sheets wasn't clean at all or even howls. 4 - The room doesn't have a closet. Not defenetly worth it

- Vi fik et værelse på øverste tagetage, og der var op til 40 grader udenfor. Der var ingen aircondition på værelset, så det var den værste nat i vores liv. Der var heller ikke meget plads, og badeværelset var dårligt indrettet, bruseren virkede ikke og vandet i hanen var så varmt at man brændte sig. Der var heller ingen elevator, og trapperne var meget smalle. Alt i alt kommer vi aldrig tilbage til dette hotel.

+ Отель расположен в оживленном районе, недалеко от порта. Можно быстро дойти до портовой станции и конечной автобусной остановки. Рядом много мест, где можно покушать и пошопиться.

- Очень маленький номер, на пятом этаже. Лифта нет. И что самое ужасное, комната без окна. Ты как будто находишься в подвале, а утром откуда-то доносится кудахтанье куриц. И кажется, что от улицы тебя отделяет лишь тонкая доска, а не стена. Как будто у тебя под боком ездит трамвай и разговаривают прохожие. Ни за что не соглашайтесь жить в номере без окна.

+ The staff was super hospitable and helpful. Good price and centrally located in Kadikoy. It was quiet.

- The whole staircase smells of cigarette's smoke. As a result that air made the room smell bad as well during the whole night, which was uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

+ The staff was trying to be friendly

- On top of the room not having a window, which was not made clear in advance, there was no soap or shower gel/shampoo in the room, even though the ad promisses "free toiletries". Couldn't even wash my hands after a day of traveling, haven't seen this anywhere else in the world. At the same time, the room had a TV set, a hairdryier, and two pairs of sleepers for a single room, which is kind of ridiculous when you don't have HAND SOAP. The room kettle was missing a lid but functioned.
