I really wanted to like this hotel, as it has a great social atmosphere, the facilities are good and the staff is very attentive. However, how they dealt with bedbugs was completely inadequate. When first entering my room after check-in, I noticed a strong insecticide smell in the room. I went to inspect my bed and found a bedbug shell under the covers. I immediately reached out to the reception. I was told a bedbug had been found in the bunk above mine from a previous guest the night before, b...

Bedbugs. They weren’t apologetic/sympathetic at all when I raised the issue and denied that they have bed bugs, but after checking the beds they found them. After pushing the staff I got a discount on my laundry as I had to wash clothes which otherwise wouldn’t have needed washing. Shared toilet and shower facilities not great and strong foul smell from the showers.

O hostel é novo e próximo ao centro de sucre. O pessoal que frequenta são super arrogantes é só conversam com europeus, achei o hostel extremamente elitizado.

Standort und Service ist super! Einziges Manko: es ist sehr laut in den Zimmern, man hört alles was vor der Tür gesprochen wird. Es sind vor allem Party People dort, für introvertierte Menschen die ab und zu mal Ruhe und Rückzugsorte brauchen ist es daher eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Auberge bien équipée avec tous les services nécessaires. Notre chambre menait par contre directement sur la cour intérieure, c’était donc assez bruyant pour les couches tôt que nous sommes.

Très bon hostel globalement mais manque d’isolation sur la chambre qui donne sur la cour où les gens sociabilisent jusque tard le soir

had a good stay. exceot my private room was right beside the outside patio. they dont allow outside alcohol so you have to get from the bar. beer selection was slim pickins. i slept on the couch aafter my checkout which was nice as the area wasnt busy. 3 blocks to grocery store

Really lovely place to stay, staff were really nice and had lots of good places to relax and talk to people, kitchen was clean with good facilities

The property is great with good social atmosphere and space to hang out and a great kitchen. However it’s pretty loud so you can hear all the socialization from your dorm room. It made it tough to go to bed early but that’s ok. Bathrooms were clean and staff was really friendly.

Au départ à Sucre pour quelques jours, je suis finalement resté au Holis près de 3 semaines tellement le lieu est accueillant. Les propriétaire Olli et Ana sont adorables, toujours prêts à discuter et à donner des conseils. Excelente relación calidad/precio, la atención de todo el equipo es maravillosa. Muy cómodo y limpio. Ubicación inmejorable ya que está a muy pocas cuadras de plaza 25 de mayo y a la vez en una zona tranquila del centro.

O hostel é bem equipado, confortável e sempre organiza eventos para os mochileros. O melhor lugar possível para fazer novas amizades e descanso de qualidade.

Je recommande vivement ! Un superbe accueil, toute l’équipe est très chaleureuse et toujours prête à aider, on se sent comme chez soi ! Les lits sont grands et très confortables, les salles de bain sont nombreuses et très propres. La cuisine partagée est parfaitement équipée et très fonctionnelle. Rien à redire !

Excellent endroit dans Sucre pour les visites. Lits spacieux et très confortables. Salles de bain et cuisine propres. Gentillesse et compétence du personnel. Seul bémol, la musique assez forte dans la salle de réception, qui empêche de se reposer ou lire.

Es una muy buena opción para pasar unos días en Sucre, cerca de la plaza y otros destinos, cómodo, limpio y buen habiente. Muy recomendable ya que w dcompleto con patio, cocina, te lavan la ropa y está siempre limpio.

Schönes neues Hostel, zentral gelegen in Sucre. Wenn man früh ankommt, kann man die außen liegenden Badezimmer und die Küche schon nutzen. Es gibt auch 2 Sofas an der Rezeption auf denen man sich noch ausruhen kann. Schließfächer außerhalb der Dorms in denen man Sachen einschließen kann wenn man auf Mehrtagestouren ist. Excelente experiencia. Muy bien ubicado a pocas cuadras del corazón colonial de Sucre. Super limpio. Camas cómodas. Baños en excelentes condiciones. Lockers para guardar pertenencias. Servicio de venta de cafetería y bebidas. Cocina equipada para prepararte comidas, muy completa, con heladera, pava eléctrica y un largo etc. En mi caso, fundamental te permiten guardar la moto en la entrada, un 10! por ésto. Um espaço super simpático,mesmo para gente mais velha que pretende visitar a Bolívia e passar uns dias em Sucre. Adoramos a simpatia com que nos receberam e os espaços comuns, bem como a decoração dos quartos. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. O espaço exterior é tranquilo e bonito.
