The dormitory had no rules, which defeats the purpose of the dormitory, people having romantic conversations at 12 in the night to the luggage being dispersed all over the common area in the dormitory, people coming in drunk at 1 in the night and then crying why lights are not on. The electricity connection to the dorm bed not working so I had to charge my mobile in the cafe. All of this happening while the staff doesn’t really care in the sense that they are busy in flirting and showing off
