PÉSIMO, literalmente fue PÉSIMA mi estancia ahi, en primera no tenían cambio y me dijeron que en la noche me iba a dar mi cambio, en segunda ellos me preguntaron que si queria con desayuno incluido lo cual yo pregunté que qué llevaba, me dijeron muchas cosas que venían incluidas que realmente acepte a pagar su desayuno y al día siguiente baje y no estaba listo el desayuno, me lo prepararon en ese momento y fue un verdadero robo 1 SOLO HUEVO CON PAN, despues no había agua para bañarme,PE...
PÉSIMO, literally was PÉSIMA my stay there, first they didn't have change and they told me that in the evening I was going to give my change, in the second they asked me if I wanted it with breakfast included which I asked what I was wearing, they told me many things that were included that I really agree to pay for my breakfast and the next day I came down and I wasn't ready breakfast, they prepared it for me at that moment and it was a real robbery 1 ONLY EY WITH BREAD, then there was no wat...
The only good thing is the rooftop. Rooms and showers are FREEZING. I'm sorry, but a hostel without hot showers is like being served a expired food in a restaurant. NO excuses for that.
Llegué 12:00 y no había nadie. La ubicación es espantosa. La ducha no salía el agua suficientemente caliente. Salía temprano a ver Petra y el recepcionista me dijo q me iba a dejar el desayuno y no lo hizo. De lo peor en lo q estuve en tantos viajes q eh hecho….
I arrived at 12:00 and there was no one there. The location is awful. The shower didn't get the water hot enough. I was leaving early to see Petra and the receptionist told me I was going to leave the breakfast and didn't. Worst thing I've been on in so many trips I've done....
Unfortunately I had a disappointing experience at Rafiki. The facilities were in disrepair, and some were outright nonexistent. Things like on-site laundry and a post office (they didn't even sell stamps). My room/bedding was not clean, the shower head was broken, and there was no hot water. The staff tried to put me in a shared room despite my having reserved and paid for a private room. I cannot recommend staying here.
hot water only on demand and then you have to wait for a while. solar panels or not, hot water is a necessity. if its not available then you shouldnt advertise. one day no water at all, even in toilet. heating doesn't work well. booked tour wadi rum with transfer but car didn't show up. after 3 hours owner arranged 'taxi' which was just some guy who wanted more money. at Wadi Rum no one knew about my tour. owner no answer and only says 'sorry bro'. no security door open 24/7 & sleeps in till 11

- Tesiste şofben bozulmuş ve duşa girince birden soğuk suya maruz kaldık görevli gelip tamir etmeye çalıştı ancak olmadı ve başka bir odada duş almak zorunda kaldık ama odaya döndüğümüzde şofbenin yapıldı ve sıcak su geldi .. ama çok geçti zaten hasta olmuştuk 😭görevlinin çok özür dilemesi bile gönlümüzü alamadı

More far from petra entrance than expected. Staff was not there when we arrived, they do not have -or sell- water (!). Place is ok for a short stay
Piscine non fonctionnelle les 2 jours, la clim qui marche à moitié, l’emplacement est très loin de Petra, assez cher pour ce que c’est
Pool not functional in 2 days, air conditioning that runs halfway, location is very far from Petra, quite expensive for what it is

A hostel with exceptional hospitality... smiling, friendly staff who prepare delicious meals... The location is magnificent, especially on the top floor where you can enjoy the sunset.

- Beds not as shown in main pictures for a twin/triple room. Wifi unfortunately didn’t work for some of our stay, to be fair Mohammed did all he could to fix this. Beds very noisy.

Twaissi is the best hostel owner and person I’ve met, hostel is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. Really clean and super close to Petra’s trailhead - 10/10 recommend
+ Mohamed è un host gentilissimo e super disponibile. La struttura è comoda per raggiungere Petra, stanze semplici, pulite e comode con bollitore e frigo molto utili

Ich hatte ein tollen Aufenthalt im Hostel. Der Besitzer ist super lieb und hilft bei jedem Anliegen weiter. Die Aussicht vom Hostel ist überweltigend und rechtfertigt aufjedenfall die Lage.
I had a great stay at the hostel. the owner is super nice and helps with any questions. the view from the hostel is overwhelming and justifies the location.
Great hostel - chillout area with pool is cool too - only thing which would be nice is curtains for the beds
It was quiet when I stayed there a few days ago. Breakfast cost 5JD and came in a bag. Place is nice and clean. Restaurants and stores are close by. Parking on the street outside hotel was readily available. It is however a bit of a hike up the hill after a long day in Petra - although there are other hotels much higher up the hill.
Nice guys, nice dog, thanks for assisting me through my bus reservation and advice on dinner. Cool was really war, very good after a cold day outside. Upper bunk ks not that eqsy if you are huge like me:) Thanks for all!
Good, straight ahead hostel for my two night stay in Petra.
The owner was amazing and so welcoming. If I needed anything, he was always available 24/7 to accommodate me. It was a social vibe and atmosphere. The location was very close to the Petra of visitor center and many other restaurants. I had so much fun and I hope to come again soon.
+ Very friendly host, nice breakfast and lunch on the go - handy for discovering Petra.
- Difficult to find and a bit weird that you have to put your own bed sheets on.
+ Wyjątkowo uprzejma obsługa próbująca szybko reagować na prośby i sugestie.
- Standard toalety mógłby być trochę lepszy, jednak jak na warunki Jordańskie - jest akceptowalny.
We really enjoyed our time at Rafiki. Good and clean facilities. The owner is very kind and helped us plan our trip to Petra and answered all the questions we had. The family dinners are amazing and at a very good price.
