Hice una reserva a las 23 porque perdí un bus y no tenia donde dormir. La aplicacion me dejó hacer la reserva y me cobró la tasa. Cuando llegue al hostal no habia forma de tocar un timbre o algo, tuve que pedirle un telefono a alguien en la calle para poder llamar y la persona de la recepcion solo me dijo que los check in eran hasta las 19. Le expliqué mi situacion y que no tenia donde dormir y no se molestó si quiera en abrir la puerta para ayudarme a encontrar otra opcion. Me quedé en la...
I made a reservation at 11pm because I missed a bus and I didn't have a place to sleep. the app let me make the reservation and charged me the fee. when i got to the hostel there was no way to ring a bell or anything, i had to ask for a phone from someone on the street so i could call and the person at the reception just told me that the check in was until 7pm. i explained my situation and that i had no place to sleep and didn't bother if i wanted to open the door to help me find another option....
Pésimo servicio! Lo agendé por hostelworld y cuando llegue el hombre que me atendió me preguntó a que hora lo agendé, porque él estaba completo y no tenia habitaciones compartidas, por lo que escuche que llamaba a mas personas y me dio otra dirección a la que debía ir, tuve que caminar con todo el sol con mi bolso nuevamente y cuando llegue al nuevo hostel donde me atendieron bien, el recepcionista no tenía idea de mi situación y menos mal le quedaba una cama.
I booked it through hostelworld and when the man who attended me arrived he asked me what time I booked it, because he was full and didn't have shared rooms, so I heard him calling more people and giving me another address where I should go, I had to walk in the sun with my bag again and when I got to the new hostel where they took good care of me, the receptionist had no idea of my situation and barely had a bed left.
I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. Nice room with everything you’ll need. Perfect location near many good restaurants and shopping. will definitely come back next time I’m in Florence!
The hostel was clean, and had towels and bathroom access in each room however sadly there was no kitchen or common area, additionally the host was a bit rude and there was trouble with the building access code
Great stay! Nice rooms, air con on this weather in Italy really helpful! Comfortable place and next to this hotel in 3 min train station. Easy for walking around Florence and to see the center. Wonderful pelo Poe who working in this place, kind and cool energy. Thanks for this room!
