won't stay again, not clean, very rude staff, unfair charges. Look in some other place

During my stay I encountered bedbugs in the room and received many bites. I chose not to sleep there again and received a refund for the last night.The experience was very stressful and I felt there was limited support at the time. I waited a long time for assistance and had to ask for solutions myself. I would have expected clearer communication, immediate guidance, and more care in handling guest belongings.The hostel later informed me about additional treatment. I hope the issue is now resolv

Llegué pasadas las 12:00 de la noche, porque mi vuelo llegó en la noche muy tarde. Atravesamos la ciudad con la esperanza de llegar y descansar. Cuando llegamos nadie nos abrió ni nos contestaron el celular ni el WhatsApp, hacia frío y tuvimos que caminar por el barrio en la madrugada hasta encontrar otra residencia. Pésima experiencia

Punaise de lit retrouvées le matin... Personnel peu compatissant au départ, nous ont demandé de payer 1 des 2 nuits suivantes réservées. Nous avons refusé et ils ont été un peu plus compréhensifs en nous proposant des solutions.

Buena ubicación, pero las instalaciones, camas y habitaciones son de calidad limitada, no se si me volvería quedarme allí

They take an extra 20% fee for paying with pesos. They charge you when you want to use the kitchen on your checkout day. The Staff was unfriendly. Beds were uncomfortable and shaky.

The place is king of dirty. And the staff is really not accommodating. First they use the blue dollar for conversion which is illegal. Then they do not let any stranger have a drink inside with you. And finally they force you to leave the property at the time of check-out. Wouldn’t go back. Location is quite good though.

Nice staff, what you get is very minimal and I think it’s a bit expensive for that

Customer service was poor and there was no atmosphere at all. Other people saying there were unfriendly and rude. Do not stay here if you are under 30 years old. Can stay at much nicer places for same amount.

great location, plenty of events on with the other 2 Play hostels, if yoh want a more social vibe go for Play garden

Staff werre okay. Some were a bit reserved, others were friendly. I met some nice guests there and made a friend or two. NIce hostel in a good area. Felt safe.

It is a pretty good hostel. The staff was nice and it’s nicely locates butit is sooo hot in there it is hard to sleep and my room smelled of feet. The kitchen is well equiped :)

Good for a short stay, bed was not that good, you can feel the bed mattress but staff is good, the terrace is nice and the location is the best.

The hostel is cute and has everything you need. The private rooms do not have air conditioning and were extremely hot to sleep in, and leaving the window open at night was very loud. The location is great in Palermo.

Muy lindo. Cómodo, buena ubicacion. Lo único malo fue que no prendieron el aire acondicionado de la habitacion en ningun momento del dia y hacía mucho calor. El deposito para dejar valijas era muy pequeño. El resto 10 puntos.

I believe the hostel is good for low budget travellers. Over all, is not too bad for it's prize, but some few things could improve, in order for this hostel to be wonderful. Firstly, the reception guy during the night is not very friendly and even though he sleeps at the hostel. I feel like having an emergency number or answering when the bell rings would be best. Two girls were almost left to sleep out. Cleanliness could also be improved. Dorms have no windows. I saw no sweeping or moping.

Only stayed for one night. The hostel is located on a quiet street but close to restaurants etc. I stayed in a private room which was very clean and spacious. Nice artsy vibe in the hostel and the neighborhood. The person who checked me in was friendly. I left early morning, so no idea about the breakfast.

really great hostel. amazing location, great vibe with loads of activities. lots of facilities including a rooftop and lovely rooms to hang out in. staff were great too. I would definitely recommend
