+ Toilet light was not working, the air conditioner was not working. The bathroom was super dirty. The duvet cover was clearly very dirty. Not saying it should look like a 5 stars hotel. But cleanliness is a basic standard.

- (Sun inn hotel)bandar puching utama,I want to tell you my point as a very hurt customer. I booked a room for two people to stay. the problem I have is Clogged toilet, water cord not working, water down the chain of all the water. already informed the staff, let's look into the situation. Changed the room twice with the same problem. Another time, I can't accept the staff at the counter, the man who works in the morning. Yes, he knows where to read by pressing astro. He said he will ask again if there are two women. He said there are. astro remote doesn't work like I changed it twice. I slept for two nights until I went out with the same problem. just leaving the hotel is beautiful. inside is very bad. the staff doesn't know how to use the TV remote. read where the customer knows. this is a lie, the customer says there is astro. please provide training for the staff. I hope the management will take action so that other customers don't want to face this kind of problem.

- Television unfunctioning. Shower not fully function..have to use water pipe from the toilet to take my bath.. Front Desk Staff unfriendly. No manners and rude to customers. Talk in a harsh voice..

- Die Lage des Hotels ist für Touristen ungeeignet. Drum herum befindet sich eine normale Wohngegend und Bürogebäude. Um Restaurants/Bäcker oder ähnliches zu erreichen muss man einige Kilometer fahren (wir mit dem Bus).
