Quisiera saber si pueden devolverme mi dinero, la habitación estaba llena de plaga/ sancudos, el TV no funcionaba, la foto de la habitación que reservé no era la misma y luego me cobraron 35 euros más aparte me llevaron a otro edificio para mostrarme otra habitación peor que la que me dieron, cuando llamé para saber si era un hostel me dijeron que no es decir que mintió, tampoco te dejan tener invitados en la habitación y te cobran hasta el agua que tomas!
I would like to know if they can give me my money back, the room was full of plague/sancudos, the TV didn't work, the photo of the room I booked was not the same and then they charged me 35 euros more apart they took me to another building to show me another room worse than the one they gave me, when I called to find out if it was a hostel they told me that it wasn't to say that I lied, they don't let you have guests in the room either and they charge you even for the water you drink!
The staff was very very rude! They didn’t shared the WI-FI password for using internet in the reception! This is not welcoming for the tourist. Additionally, I arrived with a friend that needed to use the toilet (for a woman emergency) and they expelled her from the building!!! The location is almost 40min walking from the city center. The price was very high for the location, the terrible treat to the tourist, and what they offered!!
We had a pleasant stay, we had a private room which was actually located in a separate building and confusing to get to our room. Small bathroom is shared, balcony but you had to climb through a window and didn’t look safe. Lovely staff, clean, good location.
