+ Nothing. The front desk manager was very helpful and kind when it came to listening to our concerns though, kudos to her (I forgot her name).

- The parking lot is small and also difficult to park. And they charging my money for no reason, they I got charging for one hundred more and I told them they just said they do not know, just will return but I did not get
- Unfortunately the parking is available but costs 40 per night, with no discount for guests. Staff promised us a full refund, but never answered us or Booking.com to go through with it. We even went back in person to follow up and got treated quite poorly by one of the managers.

- You have to sleep with earphones due to the noise from the highway. There are only some very thin windows to isolate you from the highway just outside. Absolutely absurd.

My wife and I are used to hostels. This one was really dirty and too expensive for the price. We reported the filth of the annex to the receptionist as we were leaving, he had nothing to do. Reservamos una habitación privada. El lugar es totalmente distinto a las fotos, desprolijo y los espacios comunes muy sucios. La cortina de baño llena de hongos, los pisos sucios. Las puertas son muy inseguras, viejas y descuidadas. Lo único bueno es la ubicación (cerca de little italy y del aeropuerto) y la atención del personal. La relación precio calidad es muy mala.
We booked a private room. The place is totally different from the photos, I'm not cleaning and the common areas are very dirty. The bathroom curtain is full of mushrooms, the floors are dirty. The doors are very insecure, old and unattended. The only good thing is the location (close to little italy and the airport) and the attention of the staff. The price-quality ratio is very poor.
I booked a 4-bed female dorm, but they provided me a 6-bed one. Towels cost an extra $2, and paying by credit card also adds a $2 fee!
Tuve una muy mala experiencia y una estancia muy incómoda por culpa de una chica trans de recepción, nunca quiso darme su nombre pero una demasiado grosera, el resto del personal era amable, quise hacer una extensión y ella simplemente me ignoró y continuó escuchando música y salió a la calle como por 20 minutos, después me hizo la extensión con una pésima actitud y al final me terminó mandando a otro hostal porque se había equivocado. El lugar es bastante pequeño con camas incóm...
I had a very bad experience and a very uncomfortable stay because of a trans girl at the reception, she never wanted to give me her name but one was too rude, the rest of the staff was nice, she wanted to make an extension and she just ignored me and kept listening to music and went out on the street for about 20 minutes, then she made the extension with a terrible attitude and in the end she ended up sending me to another hostel because she had made a mistake.
The hostel is actually two hostels and when you book you can’t know which one they will place you at, one is a new house with all the facilities and the other one is a 80 years old house which honestly looks like an homeless shelter, smells very bad in the room, the floor is dirty, building door is wide open and open to anyone just coming, when I contacted the hostel worker about that I payed for something else and there was no where an the app to see that it’s actually two hostels and only ...

+ I really enjoyed my stay. The facility was quite nice and well-maintained. However, what really stood out was the staff's friendliness. Every single staff member greeted me with a smile and made sure my needs were being met.
- Overall, the facilities were exceptional for the price range. There was an issue with the elevator while we were there, but it was resolved the next day. A hot tub would have been nice.

- They dont inform apriori that room cleaning is once in two days, we were misguided about late checkouts too, the staff dont seem to follow a single protocol, one person says something in the evening and the other says something else the next morning, completely opposite. They should be briefed clearly about the rules and whether they can make exceptions. The staff at the breakfast service are slow and inattentive. A buffet option would have been nice in such cases!
