The worst hostel of my life. the first night my plane was delayed and I arrived around 11pm, the staff refused to open me so I had to sleep outside! the next day I came back to this hostel, very unpleasant staff, the air conditioning in our room was broken, it was 42°C in the room!!! i thought i was going to die of heat, i had to sleep in the rental car! i requested the next day a refund for the 2 nights, the landlord said yes on condition i help him fix the
Una experiencia que no recomiendo y que no repetiría. Desde la atención, hasta las instalaciones, fatal. La persona que regenta el lugar carece de empatía, en vez de dar soluciones a sus clientes lo único que pretende es extraerle el máximo dinero posible. Es tanto así, que tienen un cartel donde dice que si lo estresas te cobra 25€ extra. Increíble. Ponen que tienen recepción 24h, y no la tienen. An experience that I do not recommend and would not repeat. From the attention, to the facilities, fatal. The person who manages the place lacks empathy, instead of providing solutions to his customers all he wants is to extract as much money as possible from them. So much so, that they have a sign that says that if you stress him you will charge an extra 25€. Incredible. They say they have a 24-hour reception, and they don't have it. No hay cocina como tal, solo podes usar el microondas pero no cocinar, y está bastante sucio. y para el precio es demasiado. No hay limpieza.
There is no kitchen as such, you can only use the microwave but not cook, and it is quite dirty. and for the price it is too much. there is no cleaning.

Je suis arrivé après 22h car mon vols a fait un retard et personne ne décrochait au téléphone ce soir là j’ai du passer la nuit dehors. Le matin il a même pas réagi quand je le lui ai dit. The person at the reception who is at the same time the hostel owner is unpleasant. i arrived after 10pm because my flight was delayed and no one answered the phone that night i had to spend the night outside. in the morning he didn't even react when i told him. this is a hostel that doesn't respect its guests.
It was the worst hostel I ever been to and I have traveled a lot. The owner was impolite and non comprehensive. It was so hot and humide in the dorms we were suffocating. My friend got a bad allergy to the humidity. She had a reaction on her body and she was not able to breath properly. Tanto el dueño como su madre unos irrespetuosos. Hablan mal de y a la gente. Una compañera de habitación hizo una reserva nueva porque quería quedarse cuatro días más, y pagó 112 eur, pero por motivos de salud graves de un familiar suyo sólo se podía quedar una de las cuatro noches reservadas. Nada más comentárselo al dueño empezó a hablarnos con condescendencia y agresividad, diciendo que solo le daba 54 eur cuando le pertocaba 84 (28eur por noche). Estafadores. Limpieza de instala...
Both the owner and his mother are disrespectful. They speak badly of y and people. A roommate made a new reservation because she wanted to stay four more days, and paid 112 euros, but due to serious health reasons of a relative of hers she could only stay one of the four nights reserved.

The location is excellent, the pueblo is very nice, the hostel is a little dirty and the owner was not so friendly, but in general everything is fine, I recommend it
Good location if you have a car and are planning to visit different areas on the island. Clean rooms, but the toilets got a bit iffy after a few days (don’t think they clean very often). Good points: had aircon, lockers with provided keys, nice terraces (though did get busy at night), extra towels for free. Nice staff at front desk, but kinda slow at check in. Easy check-out.

The place was so dirty, no hygiene. Toilets smelling one toilet and bathroom for the whole floor and down Toilets and bathroom very dirty and stinking no one was washing. The owner was blowing the nose before the food and utensils we were supposed to use. I couldn't eat after seeing all that. No
It was really amazing for me and my family and we had a wonderful time together over there nice people
Overall good experience. Charming little town with good transport to Palma. Man in charge did his absolut best to accomodate all.our needs. Big thank you from Andrea/ Hungary/ Budapest

This place has so much potential. First of all, if you’re are not looking to party, this is actually a great location if you have a car. You’re more in the middle of the island. They have a microwave so we manage to eat there anyway but it would be really nice if they add a stove! They sure have place for it. There isn’t any curtains for the showers downstairs so I’ve only used the one on my floor. They should do some king of Workaway exchange they could really benefit from it. Beds real...
I actually really liked my stay here as well as the town of Montuiri. It is basic and was very quiet when I was there so don't expect a party hostel. Well worth the low price.
Positive & good atmosphere at the hostel. But the staff almost don’t speak English what makes communication difficult.

El espacio es muy agradable. Fue bonito conocer el pueblo, el vecindario y los dueños del hostel son amables y comunicativos. El espacio también era bien organizado y tenía buenas comodidades para pasar algunos días y conocer la isla. Con autobús es posible conocer las playas principales. Yo recomendo si deseas un espacio tranquilo y tienes tiempo para conocer la isla con tranquilidad, si le gusta conversar con personas nativas del local y ver la vida cotidiana del pueblo que es muy bonito...
The space is very nice. it was nice to meet the pueblo, the neighborhood and the hostel owners are friendly and communicative. the space was also well organized and had good amenities to spend a few days and get to know the island. with a bus it is possible to visit the main beaches. i recommend if you want a quiet space and have time to get to know the island in peace and quiet, if you like to chat with native people of the area and see the daily life of the pueblo which is very nice.
