+ Nothing to like

- Water pressure is very bad, we have complained to the front desk from 1st day and the informed their maintenance team but nothing was done except that pressure became worse, informed the front desk again but nothing was done. It is really bad experience you cannot remove the soap of your body with this pressure. Rooms are very small 2 people cannot move in the room if they have one bag.

- The staff was not at all supportive

- The hotel looks nothing like the photos. The lobby was tiny and smelled bad. I never checked in because the conditions were unacceptable, yet the staff tried to charge me unfairly. Booking.com confirmed they should not. Very dishonest management – I do not recommend this hotel.

- I recently stayed at this hotel , and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The room was incredibly tight and small, making it uncomfortable and claustrophobic. I couldn't even finish my stay because of how awful the experience was. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely hostile, difficult, and disrespectful. When I asked for a refund for the rest of my stay, she outright refused and treated me with complete disregard. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay.

+ La chambre était propre.

- L’accueil très décevante. Nous avions un bébé de 1 1/2 ans avec nous et le monsieur a presque voulu nous refusé pour cela… Parce que la chambre n’avait qu’un lit double et ne pouvait pas accueillir notre bébé. Bien entendu qu’un enfant de cet âge n’a pas besoin de lit… il dort avec ces parents ou on s’organise… Bref, monsieur de l’accueil très désagréable….

- Estaba sucia nuestra habitación, el ascensor era súper pequeño para poder subir las maletas, nuestra habitación estaba conectada por dentro a través de una puerta con la otra habitación con lo cual se escuchaba todo, y ya ni hablar de lo pequeña que era la habitación que no teníamos ni sitio para abrir las maletas…relación calidad precio me parece carísimo para lo que es ese hotel. Me arrepiento mucho de haberme alojado aquí

+ L'hôtel est dans un quartier très agréable avec des petits commerçants, des restaurants. Les chambres sont très propres et confortables. La réception est très agréable. Petit déjeuner simple mais très bon.

+ Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Doppelzimmer mit Blick in den Hof. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war preislich in Ordnung. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

- Im Badezimmer war das Waschbecken sehr klein. Außerdem war der Wasserdruck in der Dusche recht niedrig.

+ Accueil très agréable et attentionné, confort et propreté, très bon petit-déjeuner.
