Fui a las 8:10 AM a Tu Casa en Cartagena, Torices, y no había nadie para hacer el check-in. Por esa irresponsabilidad tuve que ir con mi maleta de viaje a un tour de un día completo.Más tarde, sin ninguna razón, me cancelaron la reserva por WhatsApp justo cuando estaba regresando a la ciudad a las 8:00 PM. Me vi obligado a buscar otro alojamiento de última hora, cuando el daño ya estaba hecho.Este tipo de hostales deberían ser regulados para evitar que sigan cometiendo abusos con los viaj...

I went to Tu Casa in Cartagena, Torices at 8:10 AM, and there was no one to check in. Because of that irresponsibility I had to take my travel bag with me on a full day tour. Later, without any reason, my reservation was canceled via WhatsApp just as I was returning to the city at 8:00 PM. I was forced to look for another accommodation last minute, when the damage was already done.This type of hostels should be regulated to prevent them from continuing to abuse travelers
