- The room had a terrible smell, the bed sheets were dirty, and I ended up sleeping the other way around and covering myself with my own clothes because the bedding felt unhygienic. We informed the staff and they told us they would cover our taxi as an apology — but in the end, they charged us for it. Not professional at all. Would not recommend.

- Quarto muito quente, e encontrámos duas baratas (uma delas com ovos) no quarto e humidade em algumas zonas.
Very warm room, and we found two cockroaches (one of them with eggs) in the room and humidity in some areas.
+ The hotel is just 5mins walk from the city center, they offer a lot of services and the staff is very nice. They helped us with the airport transfert and the laundry at very honest price.
- The room was big and well equipped but it was full of mold and humidity stains. The air was so humid that our clothes started smelling bad after two nights. The last night we had to deal with a lot of mosquitoes and other insects, probably they cleaned our room in the morning with the door open. Our room was in the ground floor, facing the swimming pool, maybe the mold problem was just in our room. I don't know if other rooms at the first floor have the same problem. In any case, you CANNOT offer a room like that, for that price.
+ I almost didn’t write a review because the front desk staff were so helpful. I also loved the quick offer of an airport transfer and the communication. Good location.
- Room was extremely moldy. When entering, I could smell it immediately and I had a hard time sleeping that night because of my eyes and airway reaction. It was growing on the laundry hamper and visible under the air conditioning unit and under the paint on the wall between the bathroom and bedroom. There was also a large cockroach (actually less concerned about that). I imagine it would be better on upper levels with a balcony room. I surmise it is because my room was on the ground floor in the back corner of the hotel at the same level as the pool, so damp with no airflow. (My window opened up over the water). They might consider not selling this particular room or installing some dehumidifiers.
Found a mouse in my room. Rooms don’t have windows so it smells moldy and it’s always moisture in the atmosphere. 15 min walk from old town
Staff and location are great. Homemade breakfast is nice to start the day before touring around unfortunately that is where it ended for us. The building needs a lot of repairs and the room smelt of wet mildew. We were only staying for 2 nights but if we were staying longer, we’d leave.

- Ok… we entered the room all looked ok room 209 but quickly we noticed no safe even though a sign said keep all valuables in the safe, after some light debate where she said there was no safe in the room which was not true as X marked the spot where a safe had been, eventually a new safe was provided, fair enough. The TV did not work or more so the channels did not work… absolutely nothing we advised the staff and they sent a maintenance person but 2 days later the same outcome, so we never had a watchable TV in our room. Finally our AC unit leaked consistently right over the door into the bathroom, again we told the staff and again maintenance came but they merely emptied the drip tray when the real issue was a blocked condensate pipe, so 15 minutes after they emptied the tray.. drip drip again the floor was saturated and towels only help so much. Anyway we cut our 4 night stay short & checked out 2 days early, the problems were not going to be made good that was clear, so the people who enter that 209 room good luck.

really good location, a little bit dead when we stayed, might have just been the crowd. Free breakfast is always a plus! options were banana or mango pancake and free coffee or tea. But I did also find a dead and partially decomposed rat under my bed, stuck to a glue trap. I would say it had been there maybe the entire stay at least. :( Looked and we all had glue traps with a handful of nuts on them under our beds. otherwise the staff were so helpful and sweet and good with suggestions.

+ Staff super cordiale e disponibile. Stanza confortevole e pulita. É presente una piscina interna dove potersi rilassare dopo una calda giornata. Servizio noleggio bici gratuito che ti permette di visitare Hoi an da un'altra prospettiva. Prima di andare via ci hanno permesso di lasciare o nostri bagagli in reception. Il porter dell'hotel é stato per tutto il nostro soggiorno estremamente gentile e disponibile.
- Insistenza nel pagamento cash preferito all'utilizzo della carta.
Super friendly and helpful staff. comfortable and clean room. there is an indoor swimming pool where you can relax after a hot day. free bike rental service that allows you to visit Hoi An from another perspective. before going through they allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception. the porter of the hotel was throughout our stay extremely kind and helpful. insistence on cash payment preferred to the use of the card.

+ Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, rooms have lots of space and are in great condition. You can rent bikes for free ( though they are quite small).
