- Chăm sóc tư vấn Khách hàng rất tệ, nhân viên tư vấn từ chối ruồng bỏ trách nhiệm khi đã hứa hỗ trợ Khách hàng tìm kiếm 01 xe máy nhưng khi đến nơi nhận phòng các Bạn từ chối và phủ bỏ trách nhiệm ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm chuyến đi của Khách hàng. Khi Tôi nhận phòng là một chiếc giường không được dọn sạch sẽ còn túi nilong quăng trên giường, chai nhựa và giấy bỏ còn sót lại. Phòng máy lạnh thì mùi máy lạnh khá nặng, máy lạnh được mở theo khung giờ, nhà vệ sinh thì nhà tắm và nhà vệ sinh chung nên không được khô ráo luôn trong tình trạng ướt sàn. Tôi có trải nghiệm cực kỳ tệ ở nơi này!

+ A Stifling Hotbox with Drunk Roommates! The Worst Night of My Life. If you want to spend the night in a stifling hotbox with no windows and no air, this is the place for you. This hostel is a real trap. The room has no windows, no ventilation, and no fans. It's just a sealed space where you're forced to breathe whatever is in there. But the climax of this whole nightmare was my last night. At 6 in the morning, a dead-drunk guest stumbled into the room. The smell of stale alcohol was so strong and disgusting that it woke me up instantly. Within minutes, the room turned into a gas chamber where it was simply impossible to breathe. I went to the reception desk, explained the situation, and asked for a different spot. The staff's response floored me: "You're checking out at 11, so we're not going to do anything." So, by their logic, I was supposed to spend 5 hours breathing that stench, deprived of sleep before a long trip? To add to that, everyone walks around the rooms in their dirty outdoor shoes, so they clearly have no concept of hygiene here. I couldn't stay there any longer and left, exhausted and sleep-deprived. I strongly advise everyone against this hostel. Save your nerves and your lungs.

- You can’t tell me that it is ok that these toilets looked like this while the cleaners where on their phone all day.. doesn’t make sense to me.

+ Only the location is good. But there are more hostels in Hanoi with good locations. So I would not recommend come to this place

- The cleaners come in to the room 8-9am to clean the beds. Turn on the big lights, slam with doors, plastic bags, clean the beds like a maniac, next to you. I thought maybe they have a busy schedule, but come to find out there are hanging out on their phones in the bathroom area for the rest of the day. In the mean time the toilets are not clean. So I asked them + reception individually, that morning if they could wait the next day till a later time with cleaning the beds. Also the night before (last night) I came back again to the reception to make sure of it, but I didn’t feel taken seriously, but I thought maybe it was a language barrier. Come to the conclusion my feeling was right, and the next day the cleaners came in again at the same time while I was sleeping, woke me up while I am still in a jet lag. Really a horrible start of my trip. I was very compassionate and understanding that things like this happen, but if I ask you for a favor? I told them my exact room, THREE times. And if their schedule was extremely busy, I would also be more compassionate. I would be OK if I was taken seriously, even though it would not make sense to me to clean the beds at 8-9am while check in time is 14pm. You could wait a little longer if you see people are still sleeping? Doesn’t make sense to me in the first place. But what made me more upset is the lack of service from the staff here. Also, they don’t have like an common area where you can hang out, except the locker space which was for me also a minus since I like to want to have like a ‘homey’ feeling. When you do a cheap hostel, you get a cheap hostel …

- They said it’s was full booked when we arrived around midnight even though they had our booking and knew we where going to arrive late with night bus. Didn’t get any refund or another place to stay or recommendations for other accommodation. So we had to walk around the streets in the middle of the night to find some other place to sleep for the night. Very bad service and bad communication in English, didn’t help us with anything. They basically told us to solve the situation by our self even though it was their fault that we didn’t have any place to sleep. Worst Hostel I ever been to!

+ Great location, comfy beds and the dorms were quiet at night time which was great. In a good location close to everything

+ Nice to have your own section in the room.

- All of the lockers were broken and you had to get a new towel daily but they usually had ran out. Bathrooms are very dirty and lacking check ups. Laundry was also not available when we were there which was a bit inconvenient

+ The cleaners were nice. That’s about it

- It looks nothing like the pictures. FOH staff is rude. Place is very old and dated and I found it uncomfortable, I actually ended up going to another hostel instead.

+ Nous avons bien aimé la configuration des chambres, elle permet d’avoir de l’intimité et la qualité le la literie.

- Proche de la route donc on entend fortement la circulation

+ Bien situé près d'une station importante de bus,et dans le quartier historique.Personnel à l'écoute.bon rapport qualité prix..
