When I arrived there they said they cancelled for being overbooked, but they didn't send anything telling about this. The guy opened their email to look for a sent message for me, there was none and they still kept telling a lie saying they warned me about the cancellation. Wouldn't compensate me for the trouble or try to resolve. Messy, and the place looks shady, as well as the staff acts shady.
Bad ist sehr schimmlig und heruntergekommen. Handtücher waren eindeutig ungewaschen und wiesen klare Fekalflecken auf. Ekelhaft! In einem klebte noch ein Kaugummi. Bettwäsche war hoffentlich gewaschen, hatte jedoch ebenfalls viele fragwürdige flecken. An der Tür hängt ein Zettel des Inhabers auf dem steht 'bin gleich wieder da' und eine Telefonnummer. Beim 5ten Anruf ging er dann auch mal ans Telefon und patzte rum was ich wolle und warum ich anrufe.. Insgesamt haben wir ca. 45min g...
Bad is very moldy and run down. Handbags were clearly unwashed and showed clear fecal stains on. Disgusting! In a glue not a gum. Bed linen was hopefully washed, but also had many questionable stains. At the door hangs a Zettel des Inhabers on which it says 'bin gleich wieder da' and a telephone number. At the 5th call he went then also mal an ans Telefon and broke rum was ich wolle and why I am calling..
The only reason why I didn't like this Hostal is due to its fake advertising. One of the main reasons why I booked this Hostel is because it says it includes breakfast, it even mentions it has a restaurant. However, that's completely false. No breakfast or restaurant. When I mentioned that to the person in charge, he even stopped answering my messages, because he's not even at the place, he gives you the keys and you never see him again.
El servicio que tiene la empresa es pésimamente malo, indican una dirección en la pagina y no hay nadie para atender en ningún horario, hasta que tu llamas a los numero de teléfono que tienen en una pequeña placa pegada en la puerta, van por ti y te llevan a otra dirección en donde te dan una habitación que no está en la misma dirección que indican en la placa de la entrada, la habitación esta de muy baja calidad, no tiene calefacción en pleno enero hace mucho frio, te llevan un ...
The service that the company has is awful bad, they give an address on the page and there is no one to answer at any time, until you call the phone number they have on a small plate pasted on the door, they pick you up and take you to another address where they give you a room that is not in the same direction as they indicate on the entrance plate, the room is of very low quality, it has no heating in the middle of January it is very cold, they bring you a small electric heater
Przyjęli nas w środku nocy - za to plus, bo ktoś na nas czekał. Czystość Ok, meble stare, a materac to już do koniecznej wymiany. Poduszki to masakra. Minusem knajpy na dole i dlatego jest głośno nawet po 23, ale nie byłam w weekend. Jednak to centrum miasta, wiec raczej spodziewana rzecz. Lokalizacja super - da się zwiedzić Rzym na piechotę. Łazienka Ok, bez szału. Mały problem z wodą, jest tylko ciepła. Brak kuchni, jedynie w przedpokoju czajnik i mikrofalówka - nie używał...
Staff were nice and helpful. Room was cleaned each day and room was secure. Excellent location, only a 2 minute walk to termini. Only thing was trying to find the actual place was difficult at first and the shower was freezing. Otherwise, good stay overall.
No hay recepción, te reciben y te dan la llave, pero no vuelves a tener contacto con nadie! Al llegar una persona de limpieza gritaba por teléfono en una conversación, y fue incómodo.
There is no reception, they receive you and give you the key, but you never have contact with anyone again! when a cleaning person arrived she would yell on the phone in a conversation, and it was uncomfortable.
Location is excellent, room is clean and good. But there was no one available at the property throughout our stay. One guy came to check us in, never saw him again. Breakfast was included in our stay but couldn't find it, there was no one to ask about it either.

It got a great location, close to everything. The Metro is just 2mint away it is a plus because you can go wherever you want by metro. Great location overall. It's pretty clean, with nice staff. God place. !
