+ A priori à peu près rien hormis le fait que l'hôtel est en pleine médina

- La chambre petite y pas de fenêtre comme la photo que j’ai réservé Le nom de chambre Casablanca Du coup j’ai laissé ma réservation et j’ai choisi un autre hébergement qui est moins cher et beaucoup mieux Il faut chercher avant de réserver

- Dirty place, not spacious, very crowded 16 beds in one room, dirty beds. I wish I could say our stay was a nightmare I could wake up from, but unfortunately, the reality of this hostel was worse than any bad dream. We stayed for just one night—and that was one night too many. First and foremost, the cleanliness was appalling. The floors were sticky, the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in days (if at all), and there was a pervasive, musty odor throughout the entire dorm. It smelled like a mix of old socks, mildew, and stale food—so strong it made it hard to breathe, let alone sleep. We were placed in a 16-bed dorm, which was already overcrowded and claustrophobic. But the absolute lowest point of our stay was witnessing an elderly woman—clearly exhausted and trying to rest—being completely disrespected by a group of young girls who stormed into the room shouting, laughing, and jumping on the beds. She politely asked them to quiet down, only to be mocked and ignored. Eventually, she broke down in tears and started yelling at them, demanding they leave her alone. It was heartbreaking and degrading to watch. She even called the police because the situation was so out of control and the staff did nothing. Save yourself the stress, the smell, and the moral discomfort. This hostel is poorly managed, disgustingly unclean, and utterly disrespectful to its guests. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.

- Drugs & alcohol & Prostitution. They steal here ... wake you up in the night cos they dont respect anybody here In the entry 6 ppl are sleeping!!!!!!!!!! Not guests 😡😡😡😡😡 Drugdealers !!!!!! 😱😱😱😱😤 You can not enjoy your room and not the common places cos young boys looking t fuck european girls. everywhere!!!!!!!!! Ehrlich gesagt bisschen reudig, für ne Nacht ist es okay aber die Bettwäsche ist dreckig, es gibt echt wenig Sanitäranlagen ( 1 Waschbecken für das ganze Stockwerk) und es riecht überall leicht nach Zigarettenrauch. Die Hosts waren aber echt mega freundlich, Wäsche waschen hat problemlos funktioniert und die Betten haben Vorhänge:)

+ I love the relaxed vibe and the staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is amazing,it's my second year here and feels like coming home

Good location, very friendly staff But the hostel is really not clean, the shower not working you have to go to another floor's bathroom Very smelly rooms, like sweat. Smoking inside... had to change the hostel I'm not the kind of person who complains a lot but honestly i wouldn't recommend. Definitely in the top2-3 worst hostels i've been to

- Got trapped inside wanting to go out for 40min between 7h30 and 8h10, and couldn’t understand why they close door from inside if it doesn’t open from outside without key.

+ Le personnel est très gentil Les équipements sont tout à fait ok Les sanitaires et endroits communs à l’étage sont nettoyés tous les jours à la javel Très beau rooftop avec magnifique vue pour le coucher du soleil.
- Il faut savoir que la grande majorité du rooftop appartient à un restaurant. Il y a un petit endroit en hauteur qui est pour l’hostel !

+ Ottima posizione, bella accoglienza. Check in fatto tardi. Il letto dove stavo non funzionava la presa poi ho cambiato letto! Camera un pochino buia. C’è possibilità di fare lavatrici e usare la cucina. Terrazza spettacolare!
