+ The location is good

- The hotel is not clean,the toilet seat was broken when i checked in and couldn't use it,the water kept flooding inside the shower everytime i use it,no internet in the room,no sunlight to get inside,no elevator at the entrance,noisy in the morning we couldnt sleep , the house keeping team making too much noise at 7 am,expensive rate not justified....

+ Our stay was not one of the best. First of all the room we were assigned to was extremely small, and with a window looking towards a wall and a closed staircase. You could not tell if it was day or night. The room was extremely small, and although we had explained that we were not a couple, we were given a double bed. The blanket was smaller than the bed, so we froze all night. We spent over an hour talking to the reception desk and asking for a different room, with a real window, at least. Staff was not really willing to help, and barely spoke any English. Finally, the next day, we were given a more decent room, where we could see outside. The hotel is overrrated and not worth the money they ask. I would not recommend it.

- The staff aren't very welcoming. Seemed to feel annoyed by our presence. The first room we had, you had to sit sideways on the toilet. When we asked to move room, it was like we'd asked them to split the atom. I know it isn't the hotels fault. But the design of the doors means people who have no idea there's other people in the world keep you up most of the night slamming doors. The walls are very thin, as well as the floors. Could hear everything. Won't be staying there again.

- Da limpeza. Não varrem o chão. Não encheram o sabão na casa de banho que acabou logo no primeiro dia. O pequeno almoço não corresponde às imagens, o restaurante nem é da cor das imagens que estão no Boking. Muito fraco. Imagens trabalhadas. Não está à altura de um hotel 4 estrelas.

- Hotel très bruyant car attenant à un BAR/RESTAURANT au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée !!!!! Petit déjeuner médiocre !!!!

- Sono tornata in questo hotel con la mia famiglia dopo un'esperienza positiva di qualche anno fa, ma purtroppo il declino è stato totale. Non consiglierei più questa struttura a nessuno, specialmente a chi viaggia con bambini piccoli. I punti critici del nostro soggiorno: - Bagno al limite dell'inagibilità: Lo spazio era talmente ridotto da risultare claustrofobico. Il water era montato male, con una pendenza "in discesa" che rendeva quasi impossibile sedersi senza scivolare in avanti; inoltre, perdeva acqua costantemente (tamponata alla meglio con un asciugamano a terra). La distanza tra il sanitario e il mobile del lavabo era di appena 30 cm, rendendo impossibile persino posizionare le gambe in modo naturale. - Gestione della camera per il bambino: Nonostante avessi richiesto un lettino in anticipo, al nostro arrivo non era presente. Dopo averlo sollecitato, ci è stato portato un lettino "nudo": senza lenzuola, senza coperte e senza la dotazione di asciugamani per il piccolo in bagno. Una mancanza di attenzione davvero grave per un hotel che si propone come accogliente. - Arredamento e stile: Il gusto estetico è decisamente discutibile. L'arredamento delle camere è pesante e fuori contesto; sembrava di essere in India piuttosto che in una struttura europea, con un risultato finale caotico e poco curato. Un'esperienza pessima. Il servizio è diventato approssimativo e la manutenzione delle camere è inesistente. È un vero peccato vedere come una struttura che un tempo funzionava sia caduta così in basso. Non ci torneremo.

- The Room: - Bathroom: Water pressure was not great, water temperature was not constant (spells of heat and cold), - Bed: Pillows were not comfortable, the cover was thin and too small for the bed, - Furniture: the table was wobbly to the point that we couldn’t put anything on it, the phone wasn’t working so we couldn’t call reception (we were on the fourth floor), the room was overheated. Service: - Initial receptionist was impolite/dissmisive (too busy for us as she was on her phone), no smile and only changed attitude when we complained.

- Rooms are a lot smaller than they look on the pictures. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned, shower gel was empty and the duvet cover was the exactly size of the bed. How can 2 people share that. The frontal pictures of the hotel is not what it looks like when you arrive.

+ -Spacious and renovated room -central location -staff were friendly and polite

- -small reception is located on a 1st floor-no lobby or feeling that you are in a hotel. -basic breakfast. Breakfast room is actually a bar/restaurant open to all clients and located on the ground floor, there is a road outside, so no feeling you are in a hotel again. (I would prefer not to pay breakfast-many better choices around) -sound proof doesn't really exist and there is a lot of noise coming from the street -there is a huge white light outside the window and the curtains don't close completely, so there was still plenty of light even at night.

+ The water was hot and the bed was comfortable.

- This was not a 4 star hotel but a 3 star establishment. I have no idea what criteria is used but 4 stars it wasn't. I spent the first 2 nights in a room that had an extremely small window at the top of the wall, something one would expect in a jail, not a hotel; after complaining I was moved to a nicer room with window, but is this a 4 star establishment, I think not. The decor is extremely simple and in very old fashioned taste. As for the personnel, they were not unkind but neither were they charming or pleasant.It was all robotic.
