+ A complete fraud.

- There is a list of things that I didn't like. The room I got had a broken window that could not close fully so cold air was constantly coming in. I noticed this only after 6pm, which is when reception staff already left. I messaged and called them asking for a room change (which they had available), no reply. I used the same number we earlier communicated so I knew they saw the messages. Not wanting to get sick, I left after waiting for their reply for 2, 3 hours. I booked another place the same night and wrote to booking.com but still waiting for their reply. After 24h the staff of this place replied saying we gave you extra blanket, no refund will be made. That was 92 euros for 2 nights. I reported the place to tourist organization of Bled, and contacted booking representatives for this country. The video of the window is also available. -Their staff: - must have known about the window - ignored my calls and messages - refused to refund, but charged the full price. The place is good if you are a party student, that will replace room temperature minimum with alcohol consumption.

- Tutto ci hanno dato una camera pessima al di fuori della struttura,lenzuola sporchi con federe di colori diversi,senza phon,senza bagnoschiuma,rumorosa perché la villetta era piena di giovani ragazzi boy scout!!!!!!Esperienza terribile!!!!!!!

- U sobi kao i kupaoni nije bilo grijanja ni tople vode.

- Het appartement is eigenlijk een hok achter het huis en heeft geen ramen, het stinkt er naar schimmel en deze tref je dan ook aan op de muren. Wij zijn gelijk weer vertrokken, ik zou mijn hond hier nog niet laten slapen.

- No hay personal. Instalaciones sucias y huéspedes de fiesta por la noche sin dejar dormir.

- Érkezés legkésőbbi időpontját előre hozták, és reklamáltak hogy miért nem válaszolunk a leveleikre. Úton voltunk! A 3 személyre foglalt szobában, két garnitúra ágynemű volt, ami ráadásul csak egy kupacban az ágyra volt téve. Külön kellett kérni a harmadikat. Nem volt egyik sem felhúzva! A recepciósnak talán lett volna rá ideje, ha már úgy is minket várt. Így látszott hogy az egyik paplan milyen koszos. A vizes blokk közös, kritikán aluli. A kollégiumi szobák színvonala volt. Az árhoz képest nagyon silány minőség volt. Nem ajánlom senkinek, kivéve ha évet vissza akar menni az időben.

+ Alojamiento a pocos minutos andando del lago bled. Parking gratuito. Cocina y baños compartidos limpios.

- Habitación demasiado pequeña.

- Jediné dvě věci, co bych vytkla: Že když chodil někdo v patře nad námi, vibrovaly dveře. Ve společné koupelně málo místa na odložení věcí a převléknutí

+ Nähe bei Zentrum. War gute Unterkunft sauber respektvoll Personal

- Es war Mittel in der Nacht und in der 2. Stock war zu laut wir könnten nicht schlafen. Zu viel Lärm am Morgen früh Leute am schreien das finde ich sehr sehr schlecht.

+ Pozione molto comoda per esplorare Bled e dintorni. Appartamento funzionale e accogliente. Personale disponibile anche per sel check-in.

+ Clean and comfortable bed. Quiet. Great balcony off room with view. Friendly check in.

- A little bit of a walk (sometimes uphill) from lake/ shops etc. very little soaps.
