+ Nice view of mountains and common area was quite pleasant.

- My allergies acted up every night when entering our room, I’m not sure if it’s due to the old building or something else, but I was sneezing constantly inside as well as my nose would start running. — I do not have an allergies regularly, so not sure what caused the problem.

+ The room was very big and well equipped with a fridge, big wardrobe, safe, desk and even a dresser with a big mirror.

- The bathroom was very strangely build. The shower was just attached to the wall next to the toilet, so when you showered the entire room was wet. Also there was a loud mechanical sound even though being on the 4th floor, that made it very difficult to sleep. The staff hardly acknowledges anybody walking past reception, sadly a very dissapointing experience.

+ Staff was friendly, location was good, place was cleaned.

- Photos didn't entirely reflect my room - expected a larger room and more modern. Bathroom was small at the point were the shower was too close to the toilet and were not separated at all,most of the time you will get your toilet wet. Courtains wouldn't close completely the window and light would come in at early morning. Windows Not well insulated, noisy.

+ Die Lage fanden wir perfekt und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht ist schön und es gab viele individuelle Lichtquellen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Handtücher rochen sehr frisch und sauber. Es gab eine Musikbox. Sollte man gerne hart liegen und unempfindlich bei lauten Geräuschen sein, ist dieser Ort eine gute Wahl.

- Man muss sich der oft erwähnten Geräusche bewusst sein. Wir hatten vorab von der Geräuschkulisse der Wasserpumpe gelesen und dachten, so schlimm kann es nicht sein. Da hatten wir uns getäuscht. Jede Wasserentnahme im Haus führt zum mindestens achtmaligen Anspringen der Pumpe, man kann die Vibration im Bett spüren, das Pumpgeräusch hören, welches mit einem lauten Knall beendet wird (kein metallisches Klicken) und wir wurden trotz sehr guter Ohrenstöpsel jedes Mal geweckt, wenn jemand nachts auf Klo musste oder spät abends duschte etc. Zudem war das Bett leider viel zu hart und das Schlafsofa nicht als solches zu gebrauchen. Trotz der lieben Leute würden wir darum niemals wieder buchen.

- O banheiro ficava todo molhado durante o banho pois não tinha divisão do lugar de tomar banho para o restante do banheiro (cortina, box), por cultura isso nos incomodou bastante. A cama não era das mais confortáveis.

+ Zeer goede locatie, dichtbij het centrum. Lage prijs. Terras klein maar wel uitzicht op de bergen van Chiang Mai. Prijs-kwaliteit zeker oke!

- Het is een gewone kamer zonder bijzonderheden, de douche en de wc zijn in 1 kamer wat voor westerse toeristen soms onhandig is, al hebben wij daar geen last van ondervinden. Bed was redelijk klein, vooral het deken om met twee te delen.

+ Great location, close to the night bazaar. Nice and clean room. Friendly staff.

+ Great location and a super comfortable room. With a decent desk for working (even has a lamp on it) and a lot of furniture.

+ 房間很乾淨、整體看起來蠻溫馨的，每天會整理床鋪和更換毛巾。 可能是因為有看到我有買大瓶水，之後就發現多了一兩瓶水。 令我意外的事，衣櫃裡面有保險箱。 地理位置離7-11不遠，大概走路五分鐘左右。 離塔佩門附近，走路大概10分鐘。 從其中一條路出去，就會有速食餐廳，像是KFC和麥當勞，晚上那邊還有夜市到半夜。

- 只有一點，因為晚上太安靜，細微的聲音反而容易影響睡眠。

+ Loved the location! A very cute family run business. Walking distance to lovely restaurants, the Night Market and Sunday Market.

- I loved everything about this stay. I will say if you don’t like cats this one is probably not for you.

+ Very friendly staff, very homey vibe, really felt like coming home, so much love is put in to the place woth many little details, nice sitting area in the lobby, great location!

+ Amazing place a real gem in Chiang Mai. Staff was super friendly and even paid for my taxi when I was out of small bills.

+ The lovely, very helpful staff. Our room was quite big. The localization is good although it's not in the old city

+ Loved my stay. Room was spacious and had all the amenities you may need. Host was kind and very helpful when we asked to leave our bags for the day.
