- Nos cancelaron la reserva y nunca nos informaron de la cancelación. La recepción sucias, en mal estado, el staff nunca dijo nada porque cancelaron ni porque no habían avisado de la cancelación. Solamente nos mostró una hoja diciendo que el problema era de Booking. No recomiendo este lugar

- I believe this hotel certainly has its merits. For instance, it's well-located, the rooms are reasonably clean, and complimentary water is provided. The most outstanding aspect is their staff, who are remarkably warm and enthusiastic in their service. However, there are critical flaws in the rooms, and these issues seem to be consistent across all units. My sister and I, along with our families, stayed here for 6 days in total. Since we traveled to other cities during our stay, we experienced three different rooms - 102, 104, and 206. Unfortunately, the bathroom facilities in all rooms were extremely problematic. Room 102 had severely low water pressure, while rooms 104 and 206 had normal pressure but only lukewarm to cold water. Taking showers was a daily struggle. Additionally, the air conditioning units were very old, producing disturbing noise that affected our sleep quality. The most frustrating part is that these issues concern two of the most essential aspects of a hotel stay - shower facilities and air conditioning - which are precisely where this hotel falls short.
+ The Hotel is located in a nice area in the old town of Chiang Mai with lots of restaurants and streetfood places.
- Unfortunately at 9 p.m. extremly loud party music from the nearby Lanna Market started and didn't stop until 2 a.m.. (for two nights we couldn't catch any sleep). It was just absurd. Additionally the bathroom was quiet dirty (a lot of mold in the shower) and there were little ants in the room.

+ There was no breakfast but hot water for tea/coffee, and tea/instant coffee were available at reception 24 hours. As well as very nice bananas. The staff and owners were very kind.
- It was noisy as new year was approaching and it was possible to hear the music from a nearby bar until 2am. The property has four floors and no lift but the staff helped me carry my suitcase to my room.
+ The girl at the reception was really kind and always wanted to help me with everything . The location was really good and the apartment was nice .

+ Sehr freundlicher Host, der uns netterweise Tipps für Unternehmungen und leidenschaftlich über die Geschichte der Stadt erzählt hat. Die Lage ist super. Zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig, sodass man in Ruhe schlafen kann.
Very friendly host who told us very nicely tips for business and passionately about the history of the city. the location is great. centrally located and yet very quiet, so you can sleep in peace.

- La stanza era piccolina, se avete diversi bagagli farete fatica, ci sono pochi appoggi. Piccole formiche dappertutto C'è solo un frigo shared al piano per tutte le camere... Apprezzabile ma estremamente scomodo, noi non ne abbiamo infatti usufruito.
The structure was excellent, the staff excellent, and also the location, but it had a few piccolo flaws... The room was tiny, if you have several bags you will get tired, there are few appurtenances.
+ We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel—I don’t even know where to start! The people who work there are incredibly kind. We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived, and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. :) The room was great and spotlessly clean. There was a coffee/tea station at the entrance, and a shared fridge on the floor for anyone who wanted to use it, which was very convenient. The location is a solid 10/10—set on a quiet street, yet surrounded by plenty of cafés and places to eat. The highlight for us was the Lanna Square food court just 2 minutes away, with a huge variety of food options and live performances by local artists every night. It’s also just a 10–15 minute walk to some of the biggest temples in the Old City, and there are lots of massage studios nearby as well. Overall, it’s a fantastic location for exploring Chiang Mai.

+ Das Personal im Allgemeinen macht mit seiner stetigen Freundlichkeit den Aufenthalt im Yindee Stylish Guesthouse sehr angenehm. Die Chefin ist bemüht, mit jedem Gast eine gute Kommunikation auch trotz mancher Sprachbarrieren aufzubauen und zu helfen, wenn es möglich ist. Nach ein paar Tagen fühlt man sich richtig wohl und heimisch, wenn man von von Ausflügen zurück ins Hotel kommt oder sich auch innerhalb der Hotelanlage bewegt. Das Hotel und die Einrichtung sind zwar nicht super modern oder teuer eingerichtet aber dafür sehr sauber und wohnlich gestaltet.
- Da gibt es nichts, was mir einfallen würde.

+ Really perfect location. Nice relaxed garden lobby to sit in front. Located in one of the more lovely corners of old town, quiet area, everything is close, main walking street accessible by foot in 10 minutes. Great choice for intimate atmosphere and clean green area. Perfect choice for old town.

+ We originally booked to stay 3 nights but felt so comfortable here we extended an additional 4! This guesthouse is perfectly located, spotlessly clean and the staff are so welcoming and helpful with any questions. We spent many evenings chatting with the owner of the hotel who was pleased to share facts about Thai culture with us. The people at this hotel are very kind. We enjoyed the morning banana and coffee & tea. There is a refrigerator available for keeping drinks cool. Also if you require laundry, there is a service available very nearby for a reasonable price. Many restaurants and bars just outside the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean and peaceful despite the old town being on the doorstep. If you’re visiting Chiang Mai, I’d recommend Yindee! Make sure you try all the local offerings - food, Muay Thai, hike, Baan Kang Wat, temples, cooking school etc !

+ Perfect location, very hospitable staff and good recommendations. In addition, there were plenty of leaflets on display in reception to book tours etc. Clean facilities and incredibly simple to understand.
- Only downside was the social factor - however it is a peaceful place to stay.
