Everytime when she talked to me like I am her slave or dog. - smelly room: strong moldy smell the first thing you open the door. - low quality equipments:everything is almost like broken within a touch - bad soundproof:you can hear everything from front, back, right, left, up, down even outside of the building. - half transparent shower room: it’s a family room, I don’t think it’s a good idea for letting your parents to see you shower. - only 1 room key for a quadruple room:you can not do things separately. Room needs electricity with the key. Elevator required a key to enter. You have to stick together once you checked in. - not properly clean:mold here and there. Discolored bed sheet. - lost electricity: when we checked out in the early morning, during preparation, we lost electricity for a while. Came back after the staff fixed it.

- service was terrible, entrance foyer looked super sketchy and seedy. walls were very thin. at the same price point, many other places are available.

- Small rooms, extremely noisy. Bed sheets and towels thin and threadbare Unfriendly staff and basically scammers. Would not refund the deposit due to a couple of small stains on the bedsheets. Would and did easily wash out in warm water but in their small print it apparently states there will be an extra charge if the towels or sheets have any marks on them. First thing they did at checkout was to go into the room and inspect the towels and sheets with a fine tooth comb to find the tiniest mark so they could keep the security deposit. First comment the manager said when we objected was ‘ We are not scamming you’ well …… yes you are. We had a $200 security deposit for 2 rooms. They wanted $140 to get the sheets cleaned as they outsourced the laundry. When it was stated that $100 of the Faye’s for another room it was oh ok we will only charge $100 then . Rings true to a scam to me!

- The hotel room we booked was nothing like the pictures. You expect that sometimes things will vary but this was drastic. The beds were like bricks. The extra bed had no padding and was like sleeping on the floor it was so hard. Not clean. We walked in and the room smelt like moist. Bedding looked extremely old with minor stains and holes. There was also no real amenities. The bathroom was frosted glass that you could still see through. So my family of 5 trying to shower was quite awkward. No utensils or plates. Had to ask for more towels and toilet paper as cleaning only happens 2x a week. Worst part was when we were checking out the tried to charge me 140$ because there were slight marks on our sheets and bath towels. They were very minor and nothing over the top. A few finger prints of Nutella on the bedding and some toothpaste where I accidentally dropped it on the bed when packing. They tried to tell me that they were all stained and they now had to purchase new pillows at $50 each and charge extra for the stains on the beds because they required specialist cleaning. In the end I had to spend 45 mins washing multiple little marks off the bedding in the toilet sink which all came off with just water under the tap. No scrubbing needed. They picked out a few stains that were also not from us as we didn’t use the towels they found the marks on. Avoid this place. As when I first told them I wasn’t paying the $140 they immediately told me ‘it wasn’t a scam’ even though I never said anything about it being one. For 420 aud a night it was appalling. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

+ The price was a trap It is really not what is showing , it was like parking lot separated and made parishioners to sleep homeless people. I would never will pay 20% of what I paid for it . It is really a tarp and misguiding ,

+ La ubicación en la ciudad. Aunque para acceder al hotel hay que tomar un elevador en un rincón tras la cocina de un Reataurante de parrilla coreana que apesta, literalmente nos daban náuseas.

- Nos entregaron la habitación con el baño sucio, fuimos a la recepción a solicitar que lo limpiasen mostrando una foto y casi que se ríen de nosotros. Qué pésimo servicio. A pesar de estar nuestra habitación en una quinta planta y con varias ventanas, las paredes sudaban de humedad. Mi hijo y yo terminamos con una tos fea. Y todo nuestro equipaje estaba húmedo después de 2 días de estancia acá. El sofá cama es muy incómodo. Piden a los huéspedes que dejen comentarios de 5estrellas engañándoles, les ofrecen un descuento en la próxima estancia, haciéndoles pensar que es su “programa de fidelizacion”, no se fíen de los comentarios buenos!

+ There was very little to like. This hotel was a disgrace.

- I understand that there is a place in the market for hotels like this however not at this price point. The following list is not exhaustive. The bathroom and toilet were unclean with grime and mould all over the surfaces, one half used toilet roll for our use, cracks in the tiles. No new cakes of soap, just a grotty wall mounted dispenser with very dubious soaps and shampoos. We did ask at reception for soap, but they didn’t have any. The soap dispenser was located in the shower room, so every time you used the toilet you had to go into the shower room for soap and then go back to hand basin in the toilet room to wash your hands. The lift was out of order and we had to lug our luggage up stairs. As the lift didn’t work we had to walk through a filthy stairwell and storeroom to get to our room. As such anyone from the street could walk straight through to your door and not be challenged. The staff were disengaged at best and more interested in their phones than the bare minimum of service. All of the basic appliances (kettle, tv, etc) were of the cheapest make and none of the plugs matched the wall sockets, so we had to use our own travel adapter for both. One was European standard, one was Australian and the rest was Singaporean. The TV was a relic, not digital. The bed linen and pillows were made of the nastiest materials, there was hair and stains in the bed linen as well. To add to this was the sound of Karaoke keeping us up until early hours of the morning. This was costing us approx. $ 450 per night. We are really not in the habit of leaving poor reviews however this hotel was abysmal. The owners should be ashamed of themselves as this hotel is a very poor reflection of Singapores otherwise excellent standards.

+ 地理位置非常方便，楼下就是小吃街，离着地铁站非常近。就是酒店门口可能不太好找，刚到的时候一直找不到酒店门口。后来发现是在一个拐角，需要乘坐电梯到二楼才是酒店。

- 需要改进的方面在于，提前说了需要酒店打扫卫生，但是玩完回到酒店发现并没有打扫卫生，感觉这方面不太好。中国的游客要订这家酒店的话，最好多带几个转换头，酒店好像并没有提供充电转换头。

- Het personeel was chagrijnig en ongeïnteresseerd. Daarnaast rook het een beetje raar en maakte ze best wat lawaai op de gang terwijl je probeerde te slapen
