1 Lochness Hostel

+ Lounge and quiet place and other visitors were nice, staff was never seen

- No hot water in the en-suite sink , kitchen not clean

+ Tuvimos la habitación 2 durante 2 días,pésimo todo aún que tiene buenas valoraciones pero sucio,todo viejo y maloliente

- Está muy sucio y maloliente todo.no lo recomiendo.

+ It was a roof over my head.

- This was hands down the worst accommodation I’ve stayed at. I know it’s just a hostel but I wasn’t even in the building. I was in the converted garden shed in the car park behind the laundromat. It was so cold, the heater wouldn’t stay on for more than a few minutes, the duvet and pillows were so old and used they were about an inch thick and did not keep me warm. The TV didn’t work, the shower was black with mould and the only windows were those facing the car park so you were on show to everyone. There were no staff on site and the only way I could get into my room was to wait for an email, after I’d arrived, with the key code. Would not recommend.

+ I would never recommend staying at Lockness Hotel. The room was absolutely filthy, with a horrible smell that hit me as soon as I walked in. Mold was everywhere, making the place feel completely unsafe and unlivable. On top of that, there was zero customer service—no one cared to help or even acknowledge the issues. Easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

- Wir sind auf unserer 3wöchigen Rundreise schon in vielen Unterkünften gewesen und haben wirklich keine großen Ansprüche. Aber hier muss man sagen ist der Name Gesetz. Es ist ein Loch! Echt schlimm. Das Zimmer mickrig klein, kein Tisch, 1 Stuhl für 4 Leute, Fernseher ging nicht , WLAN ging so lala und die Küche ist ekelerregend .Wollten uns nach einem langen Ausflug schnell noch ne Pizza in den Ofen schieben, aber der Backofen war absolut widerlich und wir mussten hungrig ins Bett. Hier hat man anscheinend keinen Bock auf hygienischen und anmessenenen Standard für die Gäste. Etwas Mühe muss man sich schon geben bei dem Preis. Sehr schade!

- Il poco riguardo all’ospite, si è un ostello (come rimarcano dalla proprietà), ma il nauseante odore dallo scarico della doccia, il pochissimo spazio per i bagagli ed il letto scomodissimo non giustificano il prezzo pagato. Tre nottii da dimenticare!!!!

- Było bardzo brudno. Nie bylo żadnych udogodnien typu krzesla czy wieszak na ubrania. Kuchnia zaniedbana, brudna, lodówka śmierdząca i ledwo dzialająca, tostery brudne. Pokoje duszne,lazienka śmierdząca. Nie polecam

- La structure du lit menaçait de s’effondrer. Par ailleurs le matelas etait tellement défoncé qu’il était impossible de dormir dessus.

- 1)flexible de la douche fuyait. Quasi impossible de prendre sa douche. 2)chambre sur la route. Bruit 3)hors de prix 4)chambres modeste en termes de confort. Tv qui ne fonctionne pas, elle est petite.

+ Staff were friendly and made the room comfortable by making sure the room was the correct temperature

+ It was easy to access and good communication from the host.

+ Hier war alles herzlich und gemütlich, blitzsauber, kuschelig warm, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Beste Lage!!!

+ The facilities were way beyond what I would expect in a hostel and for the price. Well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans, fridge, and microwave. TV in the room. Dining kitchen and separate lounge with TV. Storage for bikes in an outdoor chalet The owner/manager who was there most of the time, was very helpful and made sure they were clean tea towels, the waste bins were emptied, et cetera. My room was warm. Ensuite was clean with a good shower. Only downside was only cold water in the sink, which made wet shaving a bit of a challenge!

- No hot water tap in the sink in my bathroom.

+ Velmi příjemná obsluha, čistý pokoj i koupelna, dobře vybavená kuchyň.
