I was a bit confused when I had to pack my bags because the check-out time on the website varied and I explained to the owner several times through Hostelworld.com that we would only pay the balance, except for the amount paid as a deposit, but the owner did not understand.
This is a nice place to land for a few days in Urubamba, Julia and Mariano were super sweet and friendly, the place is well kept and cozy and in a great location near town
