I had a bad experience there and while the management did respond, they did not solve the problem. It was not worth the money at all before my incident. The bathrooms have no toilet paper in the stalls.

Only thing that stands out to me for being good is the atmosphere of the dorm. I shared some good conversations with multiple people over the week. Other than that… yeah it lacked alot. Firstly I bought a padlock from reception for the locker that didn’t work, so my belongings were at risk whilst I was there. Secondly the air con needs to be stronger.. I was the furthest bed from the air con and I got Ill from sweating all the time and the facilities were poor. They had no toilet paper.
I booked double room which had very small window directly on the market. Room was obviously very noisy because of that. Hostel wasn’t very social. Common area was small. The biggest downside was the stuff. I felt they well a bit awkward, didn’t explain anything, didn’t try to interact. Normally, in other hostels they are much more open and give the spark to connecting with others. Here is was more like hotel.

- Unfortunately, the bedsheet, duvet, and pillowcases had an unpleasant odor, similar to sweat, which gave the impression that the linens were not freshly changed or replaced.
Pros: bed was clean and spacious. Lobby was nice. Staff were nice Cons: very small room, bathroom had mould, false advertisement of breakfast (they had none), felt unsafe in the area, not sociable
It was not that clean, nothing like the pictures, the room didn’t had a window, the AC was not working in the Dorm and it was not social at all. I came because it had the best reviews on this app but I got so disappointed. It’s right located at the China town bazar, so when you go outside people always try to sell you something.
+ Excellent location in Kuala Lumpur.
- More of a hostel/bunker style than a hotel. They only provide one towel for the entire stay. Had to ask for extra. Even though they accepted an early check-in at 10 AM, we were charged a fee to enter the room before 14:00. Major issue: The bathroom floods every time you shower, including the toilet area. Very poor soundproofing (noisy).
+ The room was clean. The location was good in terms of being quite central and lots of food spots nearby
- Very very loud from the mosque in the morning. Also very loud in the corridors. I found sleeping so difficult that i booked another place to stay for a night. I also didnt feel very safe in the area

Very clean hostel and the best air conditioning I've had yet. It's in a really central location in Petaling Street Market but the noise from the market isn't an issue at all. The staff are absolutely lovely, shout out to Justin in particular who makes great coffee! There's also a balcony off the main social/reception area and a rooftop terrace with great views of the city. Would definitely recommend!
Great location right above Petaling Street, the rooms were quiet, dark, and clean. (Most rooms don’t have windows). A/C ran well.
+ Curtains in room made it your own space .Air-conditioned was great sleeper realy well.Right in the middle of shopping every day .Not to far away from train station
- When I contacted them how to get there from airport they weren't very helpful.I did my self it was easy if they had a format.Nearly every backpackers have this set up as a outmatic reply so easy .

+ Clean, affordable and great location. The staff were so friendly and the coffee on site was one of the best we’ve had in Malaysia!
+ The beds were extremely comfortable compared to other hostels I’ve stayed at. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Great location right by a train station and not too far from KL sentral station.
- I didn’t love the showers at this hostel though. It was combined with the toilet so everything just got wet. I ended up using the communal washrooms more than the one in my room. Also only AC in the rooms but there are fans are over the place.

+ lobby的確是很多人都喜歡運用的開放式空間（但也常常人很多 😂） 如果喜歡逛茨廠街的人會覺得這邊很方便，因為就住在裡面。鄰近有幾間很在地的kopitiam，吃早餐，值得一訪，不要錯過。
- 廁所格局略略使人錯愕。另外，記得要走到茨廠街邊才比較好定位喔

It’s a conveniently located, clean but not overly social. A good place to sleep and get around town.
+ Big room even in pictures I thought it would be bigger windows
- The AC was loud and also the others rooms when they shut the door way too loud...no good manners or respect. They should put the sign for closing door gently
+ Great value for money, room was basic but clean. Friendly staff. Great location right in the heart of Chinatown
+ Lit confortable, chambres plus grande que sur les photos, salle de bain privée dans les dortoirs filles, fauteuil super confortable dans les communs. Le personnel est aussi super aimable! Tout bon
