+ Die Lage

- Der Standort dieser Unterkunft ist hervorragend, doch leider endete die Erfahrung in einem Desaster. Das Zimmer wies Schimmelbefall auf, und die Wand im Bereich einer Steckdose war durch Feuchtigkeit bereits stark aufgequollen (akute Brand-/Sicherheitsgefahr!). ​Als Schwangere wurde ich hier einem unverantwortlichen Gesundheitsrisiko ausgesetzt. Besonders enttäuschend: Obwohl Booking.com schriftlich eingeräumt hat, dass diese Zustände 'äußerst besorgniserregend' sind, weigert sich die Plattform, die volle Verantwortung zu übernehmen, da die Unterkunft uneinsichtig ist. ​Wer Wert auf Gesundheit, Sicherheit und einen ehrlichen Kundenservice legt, sollte einen großen Bogen um Cha Cha Rooms machen. - Nigde ne pise da je u sklopu hostela H2O. Deluje zastrasujuce, narucito ako putujete sa decom.

+ Posizione in pieno centro storico, non c'è nient'altro che mi sia piaciuto.

- Check-in/out presso altra struttura (scoperto DOPO aver pagato), deposito bagagli in sottoscala esterno incustodito, tubi dell'impianto elettrico con cavi penzolanti che sporgono dal soffitto, un solo asciugamano a testa, dichiarati accessori da bagno (sapone, shampoo, ecc) ma assenti del tutto, pareti sporche, strati di polvere praticamente ovunque ad eccezione del comodino e zona limitrofa, pareti sottili che fanno sentire i discorsi delle persone nelle stanze limitrofe, il prezzo ASSOLUTAMENTE non vale minimamente il soggiorno offerto, nella stessa via e/o la via parallela ci sono strutture che offrono lo stesso servizio per circa metà prezzo. Le camere si affacciano direttamente sulla strada, leggermente ribassate livello al marciapiede, se non si tirano le tende in pratica siete in vetrina. Ultima cosa, mi hanno chiesto di pagare le tasse di soggiorno due volte (sia al check-in che al check-out).

- Rooms were terrible, at the attic so there was no possibility to stand straight in the room. Room itself was uncomfortable, weird step in the middle of the room, no table next to beds, no lamps. In bathroom light is behind you so you cannot see your face in the mirror - you can see only your shadow. Walls in the room were dirty. I don’t recommend.

- I had a very bad experience with this accommodation, the owners and staff were very rude and the rooms where not clean. I would skip this accommodation when booking, because it lead us to look for a new room to stay and all that after a long journey and tiredness!!!

+ Clean property and new bathroom. Location was great.

- The air conditioning unit had a very high pitched alarm which went off 4 times over the course of the night even when the power was off. Seemed like the unit had a fault. Did not get any sleep due to this.

- Horrible insonorisation, ma chambre était juste après l’entrée et la porte d’entrée claquait trop fort. J’ai été réveillé 6 fois la nuit à cause des gens qui passaient dans le bâtiment. À 4h du matin il y avait 2 personnes qui sont rentrés dans le bâtiment et sont resté discuter devant la porte de ma chambre. La douche est horrible aussi: c’est fixé à une hauteur énorme, pas du tout confortable.

+ Situation dans le centre historique de la ville

- Une odeur nauséabonde inexpliquée; salle de bain dégradée. mauvaise isolation sonore.

- 房间呈三角形，只有中间大约一米宽的地方人可以直立。所以经常会头撞墙。而且与厕所之间有一个十几公分高，至少二十几公分宽的凸出物，不注意的话非常危险。这房间根本不适用于作为旅客居住的。我不是挑剔的人，经常出来旅游，住过各式各样的旅馆，从来都没有给任何旅馆差评，这次真的是无语了！非常不愉快的体验。

+ Tout d 'abord service de réception au top ! Bon conseil ! Une chambre spacieuse propre literie au top... Très bien situé ! Proche des quai.. Allez y foncez !

+ Everything was amazing, the only downside was the shower, because the shower head was high up on the wall and it could not be detached so showerig was extremely inconvenient.

+ Posizione top con vista sul castello, camere e bagni pulitissimi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio.
