- Para quem está na cidade a trabalho, não recomendo este hotel. Muito barulho de musica dos bares ao redor. requisitei a fatura da minha estadia, me falaram que enviariam por email no mesmo dia mas até hoje não recebi. Foi de longe a pior estadia em hotel que tive.

+ The breakfast options were really good.

- The hotel sits directly across from several bars and outdoor eateries where the party rages until 4AM on Fridays and Saturdays—and until 1AM on other nights. Every room faces the street, and the windows offer zero soundproofing. Thank goodness for noise-canceling headphones. But the noise wasn’t the worst part. After the first night, I noticed bug bites (see photos). I initially brushed it off—maybe a mosquito? But when it happened again the next night, I raised the issue with the front desk. The staff member offered to change my room, but when the manager, Camillo, response was a flat “No.” Why? Because they’d “never had this problem before.” He asked, “Did she eat chicken or shrimp?”— totally dismissing any responsibility. They offered to change the bedding, which seemed to help by the third night—though even that required multiple requests. Camillo also suggested we could leave and he’d refund the remainder of the stay. Conveniently, this was during the flower festival when most hotels were fully booked. Translation: “Good luck finding somewhere else, get out.” On the third morning. My friend, in another room, was woken at 3AM by a flood. The air conditioning unit had broken, and water poured onto the desk and his belongings. The hotel moved him to a suite. When we met with Camillo that morning, not once did he say “I’m sorry.” Instead, he insisted my friend return to his original room because the suite was booked. To ensure compliance, he even disabled the room key so my friend couldn’t re-enter without staff assistance. When we asked for compensation, Camillo refused. It wasn’t until I mentioned leaving a negative review that he offered a one-night refund. As of today—three weeks after checkout—no refund has been issued. He claimed he couldn’t refund the credit card and would have to send it bt western union. Hey booking.com, wanna help me out here?

+ The best part of the stay was the breakfast which was run by an independent restaurant. The location is central but very very loud due to all the bars across the street and lack of sound proof windows.

+ Muy mal

- No nos avisaron en ningún momento sobre que si tras el uso de las toallas de baño estas se manchan te las cobran, por lo que en el chek-out nos han pedido 160.000 pesos. Si nos avisan de ello utilizaremos nuestras propias toallas, pero me parece que para el precio que tiene el hotel, querer abusar así de las personas que se hospedan en el, es una pena hace que toda la experiencia sea pésima.

+ Ok room and location

- Air-conditioning broke dropping ice and water on to my property. Fortunately I was in the room and was able to stop anything getting damaged. Manager turned up promptly and arranged engineer. But no offer of a drink in the bar/cafe while I was unable to be in my room. No message to say the repair had been completed. No offer of compensation or formal apology.

+ Locatiecwas wel goed

- Kakerlakken in de kamer, heb er stuk of 6 gevonden. En elke dag komen ze met het smoesje jaa er moet nog schoongemaakt worden. Waarom geef je me de kamer dan ? Uitchecken staat op 12 uur bij booking. Maar bij het inchecken laat ze je een papiertje tekenen dat uitchecken om 11 uur en dan komt ze keihard bonken aan de deur. Slechte service nooit meer!

+ Pekne zariadená izba. Veľký sprchový kút.

- Po príchode na ubytovanie a rozbalení batožiny sme odišli na večeru. Po návrate na izbu sme uvideli na dlážke v strede izby veľké množstvo malých švábov ( vrátane batoziny, z ktorej som ich vyhadzoval 2 hodiny! ). Po tomto incidente sme reklamovali izbu a dostali sme novu izbu o poschodie vyššie. Výsledok bol rovnaký. Svaby boli znovu všade. Veľký hluk z rušnej ulice plnej reštaurácii. Nebol by to problém ak by hotel mal lepšie odhlučnenie okien ( je tam dokonca diera v okne pre klimatizáciu! :D ) Slabé raňajky. Personál je takmer neochotny.

- Upper floors were not well soundproofed so the club on the roof made it difficult to sleep in the upper floors. Those of our party on the lower floors had no issues. Because of all the plants we did notice a few ants on the last day in the room

+ Super Lage - ganz viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Zur Metro läuft man auch nur 10 min. Von hier aus kann man die Stadt super erkunden.

- Es war wirklich sehr sehr laut! Ebenfalls wurde unser Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt.
