+ Não consegui hospedar na pousada! Solicitei mudança das datas e não atenderam minha solicitação!
- Não foi possível me hospedar! Fiz contato com o Hostel e pedi o favor de reagendar as datas devido a um imprevisto, e não fizeram a troca solicitada! A pousada não iria ficar no prejuízo pois essa época do ano é alta temporada e com facilidade conseguem disponibilizar a vaga a outro hóspede! Ficaram com o valor da reserva mas perderam um cliente pela atitude!!!
I contacted the Hostel and asked for the favor of rescheduling the dates due to an unforeseen event, and they did not make a requested exchange! The hostel would not be at a disadvantage because this time of year is high season and we can easily make the space available to another guest! We stayed with the value of the reservation but lost a client due to the attitude!!!

- Uma fraude. Não tinha ninguém no hostel. Nenhum número atendia minha chamada. Não passava um táxi. Fiquei na rua e fui roubado. Saí todo escoriado. Quero meu dinheiro de volta.
A scam. I had no one in the hostel. No number answered my call. No taxi passed. I was on the street and got robbed. I got all scrapped. I want my money back.
+ Pior acomodação q já fiquei na minha vida. Banheiro fedendo esgoto, cabelos no ralo, roupas de cama e toalhas de pessima qualidade , manta de cobrir fedidas, sofá cama péssimo. Tivemos nojo de td , inclusive de pedir o café da manhã. Decepcionante. Pessoas conversando alto até tarde da madrugada, sinceramente achei péssimo.

Worst accommodation q i've ever been in my life. stinking toilet is garbage, hair is no ralo, bed linen and towels are of poor quality, stinking blanket covers, awful sofa bed. we had a disgusting td, including ordering a coffee in the morning. disappointing. people talking loudly until late at night, honestly i thought it was awful. i didn't like anything about the awful

- A experiência no hostel foi marcada por uma grande falta de respeito com os hóspedes. Deixei minha comida etiquetada na geladeira, mas, ao perceber que havia desaparecido, fui informada pela equipe de que nada poderia ser feito, pois "era algo inerente ao ambiente comunitário". Ora, se isso era esperado, poderiam ter orientado que eu mantivesse os itens no baú com locker no quarto – informação que não me foi passada no check-in. Além disso, o café da manhã é decepcionante: não há nenhuma opção de proteína (ovo, queijo etc), apenas bolo e pão com manteiga. Definitivamente, não vale a pena.
The hostel's location is good because it is close to the ferries and the airport. The experience in the hostel was marked by a great lack of respect for the guests. Location I arrived at the receptionist super dry took me to my room when I arrived there it seemed like I was arriving at the beach with so much sand when I took off my shoes, an unbearable heat and the air only from 10pm to 5am, the cleanliness is terrible bathroom and kitchen

+ “Lugar organizado e muito limpo. É bonito e possui um espaço comum bem aconchegante. Voltaria novamente, principalmente por ser perto do aeroporto, facilitando a logística de quem fica em Porto Seguro apenas por uma noite.
- Os pontos negativos que identifiquei foram o ar-condicionado, que liga somente às 22h e desliga automaticamente às 5h da manhã. No calor da Bahia, considero desconfortável acordar suando nesse horário; poderia permanecer ligado ao menos até às 8h. Além disso, o ventilador do quarto não ventila adequadamente. Outro ponto é a iluminação do quarto feminino (não sei como é nos demais), que é bastante fraca. Há apenas uma lâmpada amarela, que quase não ilumina, dificultando na hora de se arrumar.
Organized and very clean place. It is nice and has a very cozy common space. I would return again, mainly because it is near the airport, facilitating the logistics of those staying in Porto Seguro only for one night. + Located in a close area next to the bus stop and airport, but also close as well to the city. The hostel is ok, don’t have a lot of common area to hang out but it’s kept quite clean :)
- They asked me 30R for using the kitchen and the bathroom after check-out. First time ever happened to me in a hostel, this is ridiculous. Like if I want to make lunch or pee, I have to pay extra? Everything you use after 11am is charged. The most ridiculous thing I’ve seen in a hostel so far. I’d rather next time go to similar hostel in the city, spend a bit more (like 15R), but at least they will give you an included breakfast, plus nice people that will allow you to use the facilities after check out on the same day. Call it Capitalist Hostel rather than Santo Hostel next time.

- Fiquei 3 diárias e somente na última noite o ar condicionado foi ligado e pq eu fui questionar o pq ele não tinha sido ligado nas noites anteriores. O quarto não é fresco, então a noite passei calor e o ventilador do quarto é fraco. Um único banheiro pra atender todos os quartos femininos tb não curti apesar do hostel estar vazio, mas em épocas que fica cheio, creio que vire um problema

+ Quarto grande, confortável, muito bem decorado. As instalações são boas do hostel mas falta limpeza
- Tive que lidar com duas baratas em duas diferentes no quarto. O quarto tem muita claridade de noite e é muito ruim dormir com luz externa do rosto (a porta é de vidro fosco, então mesmo com tudo fechado entra luz). A acústica é muito ruim, conseguimos ouvir barulhos de outro quarto, do banheiro, do andar de cima e principalmente da área social - onde as pessoas conversam e conseguimos ouvir tudo.

The room is very good with air conditioning. the whole hostel is well equipped and clean. the mattress was very weak. it was very deep and the sheets were polyester or it is very hot.
