- Im Lattenrost des Bettes über mir brachen nachts unter lautem Krachen zwei Latten seitlich raus. Meinem Wunsch ein anderes Bett zu beziehen konnte nicht entsprochen werden, da das Hostel ausgebucht war. So weit so verständlich. Aber ich durfte die zweite Nacht auch nicht stornieren, da die "house policy" nur eine Stornierung 48 Std. vor Anreise erlaubt. Da wusste ich nur leider nicht über den Mangel Bescheid... Da ich nicht eine weitere Nacht in dem Bett verbringen wollte, der Typ über mir war schwer und die restlichen Latten umso mehr gefordert, verlies ich das Hostel eine Nacht früher als geplant.

- Das Zimmer war eiskalt,Die Heizung ging nur eine Stunde. Die WC und Dusche waren weiter vom Zimmer entfernt und mussten mit Schulkinder geteilt werden.

- Fast direkt daneben ist die örtliche Methadonvergabe mit entsprechender Klientel
- Free coffee is ok but other hostels have those too. Location is just too far away from everywhere. Even the closest tram to go anywhere is 10 minutes walking distance. Paid too much for it...

- Le lit, la lumière du couloir qui ne s'éteint pas. Le bruit. Pas de quoi poser les affaires dans la douche. Pas de savon dans les toilettes Porte qui grince. Petit déjeuné minuscule
The hostel was quite old and didn't look as elegant as it did in the photos. It didn't have an elevator, so I had to carry my luggage to the second floor. The beds were old and squeaky. The shower on the 2nd floor was closed and there was a notice on the door to go to the 1st floor for shower. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and there was dirt on the terrace. Also, the nearest tram station (Louisenstraße) wasn't very close to the hostel.
Terrible dirty and loud as hell... hilariously bad.

- 房間很髒亂、廁所也很髒 住一個晚上完全沒辦法好好睡覺，很不舒服
+ Super Lage, Altstadt bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet
- Wir hatten leider am WE das Pech, das mehrere Zimmer an einer Jugendgruppe vermietet wurden. Wir kamen uns vor, wie in einer Jugendherberge, an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Die Küche zur Eigennutzung ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Elektrogeräte nur mit Vorsicht zu benutzen. Der Wasserkocher total verkalkt und der Deckel defekt, Verbrühungsgefahr! Der Toaster total verdreckt und das Porzellan veraltet (Benutzungsspuren).

It was a good hostel, a lot of bathrooms and showers which was nice. Beds don’t have curtains and the people who stayed there were older than me, so I can’t say it’s a social hostel. The locations is great and the vibe is nice
It's a long walk from the main railway station. I wish I'd used Dresden Neustadt station which is much closer. Staff were very friendly. My private room was clean and pleasantly decorated. Can't really comment on the atmosphere as I was unwell during my stay and spent most of the time in my room, but it seemed ok. The free coffee all day was nice.
Decent stay. They have the barebones, social events exist too. I would recommend.

+ Super nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer und Betten, beste Lage !
the room was freezing and the kitchen was sparse but the rest was great, staff were so lovely and helped with recommendations for food, would recommend the hostel
+ Çalışanlar çok nazik ve misafir perverdi, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Tesisin her noktası temizdi. Sunduğu olanaklar bir hostel için oldukça iyi. Tekrar gelsem tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir yer. Şehir merkezine ulaşım toplu taşıma ve yürüyerek çok kolay.
Great hostel in the absolute best part of Dresden. There was a really cool vibe, especially with the bar and common area with free tea/coffee, that seemed an integrated part of the city. On the night we stayed, there was lots of locals there as well, and a really great atmosphere beyond the usual 'hostel-vibe'. The rooms were decent and clean, and there was plenty of bathrooms. Will definitely return of I'm ever in Dresden again.

My stay was comfortable and I enjoyed the location. It’s a little far from the old town center (30min walk) but right in the heart of the local life. Great options for food close by without being caught in an expensive tourist trap. Breakfast at hostel was a little expensive (€12), but there are lots of good options close by for cheaper. Kitchen was cute, and had the basics for what you would need. Atmosphere was a little lacking the first couple days, but got better later on. Would recommen...

+ arrivée très sympathique, agréablement situé dans la Neustadt: il faut un peu marcher depuis la gare ou pour rejoindre la Altstadt, mais le quartier est super. Grande chambre familiale avec salle de bain, très bon petit déjeuner
Although I only stayed for a night, the staff at mondpalast were honestly so kind and helpful it was lovely I felt very welcome and the atmosphere on the night I arrived was good too they had their quiz night on and people in the bar were getting involved. Despite the staff having to deal with a difficult guest they dealt with him politely, swiftly and professionally and were relaxed and caring towards the rest of the guests 10/10 to staff, I’d definitely come back but hopefully for longer nex...
