Irie Tulum

- Dirty rooms, bathrooms had a sewage smell. Their towels and bedsheets are dirty.

- Worst stay. We experienced multiple serious issues throughout our stay. The room door would not lock, which raised safety concerns. The towels and bed sheets were dirty on arrival. There was a leak in the room that damaged our clothes and completely ruined my Dyson hair dryer. The hotel refused to take responsibility. After extensive back-and-forth, they offered £40 compensation for a £500 appliance, which was completely unacceptable. When I asked to speak with the owner, staff repeatedly denied his presence, despite clear confirmation that the owner was in fact on site. Additionally, we were not given the room we originally paid for. Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing and poorly handled from start to finish.

- établissement sale (punaises de lit trouvés!!!), mal situé et avec du personnel désagréable. eau salée, salle de sport avec beaucoup des machines cassées, pas propre, plusieurs manques d’électricités pendant 5 jours, très brouillant le jour (pour les chantiers à côté) et la nuit (pour les fêtes clandestines qui même les employés organisent dans les espaces en commun!!!).

- We booked a two night stay but was originally intended to be there for only 8 hours as we had booked a house on Airbnb and had spare time and wanted to take a shower and relax/refresh. Unfortunately the 8 hours ended up being 2 as the hotel had no electricity, thus no water, no A/C, no internet, etc. When requested for a refund or credit for another stay some days after, the owner refused. The worst experience at a hotel I’ve had so far.

+ The Gym is good. Security Personal and Cleaning Staff. The Bed is comfortable.

- The facilities and the feel of the Hotel is very low grade. The place was "full" but no one visits the restaurant or the pool area. My biggest problem with this hotel is the management. I had to involve Booking customer support for the manager to start providing the regular service one payed for. Management quality assurance is so bad, they never noticed that the shampoo and conditioner are being filled incorrectly and they enter your room without permission. There are much better stays than this in the Area, ratings and pictures will be deceiving so at the end you get what you payed for. IF YOUR LOOKING for RELAXATION TULUM VACATION find something else and pay the extra $ (is worth it!)

+ The bed was comfortable, and the communal kitchen was very useful. The staff was super friendly and always available to support you with any issue.

- The most disappointing aspect of this stay was the salty water from all taps. Even after showering, my skin remained extremely sticky due to the salt, and I never felt properly clean throughout my stay. The hotel claims this is because they only use a filtration system to avoid chemicals; however, I spoke with friends who stayed in much cheaper hotels and they did not experience this issue. Additionally, there was a communal area located directly outside only five rooms, which became unbearably noisy whenever guests were talking or cooking, making it very difficult to rest. I think we could stay in a better hotel for the same price.

- There wasn’t hot water in the shower during all the stay.

- Die Luftfeuchtigkeit in dem ganzen Hotel und in den Zimmern ist furchtbar aufgrund der Hitze von draußen und der Luftfeuchtigkeit von dem Pool im inneren. Am besten nehmt ihr gar nicht erst ein Zimmer im unteren Bereich in der Nähe vom Pool. Aufgrund der Luftfeuchtigkeit muss man eigentlich ständig mit der Klimaanlage schlafen oder im Raum sein, denn sonst ist es unerträglich. Abgesehen davon mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln, weil im ersten Zimmer frische Blutspuren im Badezimmer waren (Anscheinend soll das vom Personal gekommen sein.), aber auch hier stellt sich die Frage, wie das übersehen werden konnte, wenn man doch die Zimmer sauber gemacht hat. Die Lage ist wirklich außerhalb , also ohne einen Mietwagen kommt ihr hier nicht wirklich weg. Außerdem ist die Lage um das Hotel voller Baustellen und sieht schrecklich aus. Für uns war das von außen ein Catfish mit der Umgebung.

- The smell or our room, it constantly smelled like a sewer.

+ -Grande chambre -lit très grand et très très confortable (matelas mémoire de forme) - grande télé avec netflix - grande douche - petite terrasse privée - on peut se garer devant l’hôtel. Les photos sur booking sont plutôt des photos IA… mais ne vous inquiétez pas l’hôtel est encore mieux en vrai !!

- Le restaurant de l’hôtel est trop cher… Petit déjeuner trop cher…

+ Super hôtel au clame, chambres propres et spacieuses, et un personnel aux petits soins. Merci pour ce séjour.

+ The hotel was pretty new and had a nice design. It was definitely very good for the price we paid.

- The hotel is good, but we didn’t have a minibar (fridge) in the room. That was a big downgrade for this hotel. On hot days, not being able to keep water cold is disappointing — I think that’s just the minimum a hotel should offer. The water was also extremely salty. I could barely brush my teeth. The internet is horrible. The location is quite far from everything, so without a car you are basically stuck.

- Tout etait vraiment parfait

+ Tout ! Ce petit hôtel est un rêve à Tulum on s’y sent très bien surtout grâce à l’équipe aux petits soins jour et nuit. Franchement un rapport qualité prix excellent n’hésitez surtout pas à y aller ! Et le restaurant est très bon aussi 😊

+ Chambre belle et spacieuse. Salle de sport et piscine au top. Four et frigo intégré.

- Santé de bain pas très propre et linge de bain avec des taches.

- L'isolement de l établissement en plein dans une zone hôtelière en pleine construction. Restaurant cher. Eau salée dans salle de bain.

+ It’s a beautiful property. The rooms are nice.

- The location and the noise. I was awake every morning by banging and couldn’t sleep due to screaming.

+ The villa design is brilliant, with spacious rooms and total privacy thanks to the individual en-suites. We loved the quiet vibes, the gorgeous pool, and the seriously cool gym setup. But honestly? The staff stole the show. WOW. Fakundo, Matthias, and Josepa went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Every recommendation was spot on, from places to eat and activities (that they'll happily book). Always available, always supportive, and always radiating positivity. They are the heart of this place! There's an option to rent a bike, ATV, and scooter at the front desk; the area is up and coming with lots of restaurants and coffee; however, you do need a sort of transfortation.

- Due to the jungle location, reception and Wi-Fi are limited. The restaurant is not equipped to accommodate a large group of people at the same time, so service might be slow. However, the food is great
