Nice place, the staff are extremely especially the Kazakh lady, location is a bit hard from everything but loads of buses around, or walking is an option if you want the exercise. You have shops, currency exchange around if you need it but it’s also not very traveller oriented as some of the guests are appear to living or working from there but it’s a nice place if you looking to get away from the traveller crowd, would love to come back here !
