Mad Monkey Hanoi

I had a really disappointing experience with the Ha Giang Loop tour company regarding my lost AirPods. I accidentally left my AirPods at the final homestay at the end of the loop. They were found, and I was told by the staff that they would be sent to Hanoi for me to pick up. I confirmed multiple times that the AirPods would be in Hanoi. Because of this, I changed my travel plans and took a bus all the way to Hanoi specifically to collect them. When I arrived in Hanoi, the AirPods were not there...

Worst Hostel i‘ve ever been to. Don‘t go there. Customer Service is the worst i‘ve ever experienced.

Been a loyal customer since 2021 here in the PH and I never thought Mad monkey in Hanoi offers the same service like very friendly staff super clean and i love it so much

I had a great time at the mad monkey Hanoi, everyone was very welcoming especially James and Jerry who are reps/workers. It’s located right in the middle of the city so was very easy to get around.

Only doing this to get points on the pub quiz

Amazing place. Had so much fun, good vibes, big rooms with bathroom andhit shower inside. Bar area is huge, very friendly staff and an amazing Christmas dinner

Great stay at Mad Monkey Hanoi. The place has a really friendly, social atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and helpful, James in particular stood out for making everyone feel comfortable and keeping the vibe good

Really good experience overall. The place had a great vibe and everything was well run. Big shoutout to James who was super friendly and made us feel really welcome, checking in to make sure we were having a good time. He definitely made the visit even better!

Mad Monkey Hanoi was my favorite hostel in all of Vietnam! The reps made every night a blast and the activities delivered! James, Lara, Freya, Huyen, Ha, and Rauri were the best volunteers and amazing friends! I enjoyed my time in Hanoi so much! The food and drinks were top tier as well as the bar/stage setup. 10/10 recommend coming here to stay and to hangout.
