- Nous avons réservé plusieurs chambres via Booking pour 8 adultes et 5 enfants, en pensant logiquement qu’il s’agissait d’un hébergement adapté à un groupe familial. À aucun moment, il n’est mentionné dans le descriptif que les chambres sont éloignées les unes des autres (certaines dans des bâtiments séparés !). En arrivant sur place, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir que chaque famille était isolée, ce qui est totalement incompatible avec un voyage de groupe, surtout avec de jeunes enfants. Le plus problématique : l’annulation n’était pas possible, alors que l’information essentielle sur la configuration des chambres est absente de l’annonce. De plus le gérant dit que nous ne nous sommes pas présenté alors que nous avons des videos et photo prouvant nos échanges sur place. Quand nous avons voulu visiter les chambres soit disant privative nous sommes tombé sur d’autre voyageur déjà. Installés. Le problème réside dans le fait que tout est fait pour faire croire qu’il s’agit d’un hotel alors qu’il s’agit d’une auberge de jeunesse. Vous constaterez que les information sur le fait qu’il s’agit de toilette commune et de douche communes au chambres n’est pas stipuler Nous avons contacté Booking immédiatement pour signaler ce manquement grave, en espérant un remboursement

+ Staff were friendly

- Noisy, loud doors, other travellers couldn’t care less about noise rules, cramped bedrooms, tiny and old facilities. When I tried to withdraw a booking in a over a weeks time upon return to Split (due to discomfort and no sleep) I was charged full fee for cancellation (despite a weeks notice). Which I would understand if they weren’t getting business. But every bed was full while I was there in peak season.

- Дитячі двухповерхові ліжка для дорослих ніяк не підходять, не зручно. Особливо нижні поверхи для людей понад 175см де залазити треба боком, бо відстань см 60 між поверхами! Мурахи на кухні, у ванні теж.

- Wir haben für 6 Personen gebucht davon 4 Kids. Die waren in einer anderen Unterkunft untergebracht! Mehrere Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Geht gar nicht. Zum Duschen gab es nur kaltes Wasser! Der Kissenbezug hatte altes BLUT daran. Aus den Abläufen der Wohnung hat es nach Fäkalien gestunken!! Würg! Alles in allem sehr schmudelig. Zudem kann man nicht von wirklich freundlichem Personal sprechen.

- Given this is my second stay in split with my first stay exceeded my expectations in everything with almost the same price. This place is very poor in terms of the room condition, staff and quality. The hair dryer was not working and we couldn't turn on the AC as we didn't find the remote control in the room. The reception in another building so it is not accessible to ask for help. For the same price there are much better options

+ es waren genug Betten vorhanden. Es gab eine Klimaanlage.

- sehr sehr schmutzig, Boden Kühlschrank Bad einfach alles ausser der Bettwäsche. Es gab auch extrem viele Ameisen. Keine Parkplätze.

- Not suitable for solo female travelers, didnt feel confortable in a mixed bedroom with 3 men and decided to check out 2 nights earlier. The check in office is in an outside building, the hostel feels like it has no one looking after it, I saw the guys walking in underwear and taking over the kitchen table playing cards and drinking. Not a good environment for a female traveler at all!

- Camera este situata la demisol deși lucrul acesta nu a fost menționat. Are un puternic miros neplăcut ce o face complet nepotrivita pentru locuire, sau mai rău, închiriere. Când am pornit aerul condiționat a venit un miros și mai puternic de mucegai. La recepție am rugat sa ne schimbe o bancnotă de 10 euro în monede, pentru a plăti aparatul de parcare. Au țipăt la noi ca am primit deja mai multe monede decât era cazul.

- Las habitaciones muy chicas para 5 personas, los baños muy reducidos e incomodos, el agua caliente, servia solo para 2 personas como maximo, las otras personas se tenian que bañar con agua fria

+ This was a terrific place to stay in Split. The staff were very friendly, even though we were their last group for the season. The apartments were pretty spacious and comfortable, except for the temperature, which got quite cold at night when the windows were open. The location is perfect for visiting the Old Town.

- I don't have anything to complain about, really.

+ Appartement très propre (chambre et aires communes). Cuisine pratique et utilitaire.Personnel très gentil et accommodant.

- Appartement bruyant. Apportez-vous des bouchons et le tour est joué. Wifi très lent et pas de son sur la télévision. Difficultés à la faire fonctionner au départ.

+ Hostel estupendo, muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, cuenta con cocina amplia y zonas comunes. El personal de recepción es bastante agradable. La habitación era cómoda aunque algo pequeña, pero no me importó. En general el hostel cumplió mis expectativas. Lo recomiendo.

+ The rooms were very cozy. The kitchen is fairly open, plenty of room for guests. The balcony was nice to sit and enjoy a drink and smoke. Other than the bathroom everything was great

- The bathrooms were very tiny. Im a bigger guy so I was fighting the wall in the bathroom, tiny shower. The sink had a leak so when the faucet is turned on a decent amount of water came out from the bottom leading to wet socks. The bathroom also smelled like urine. Other than that it was great

- There’s no shower head holder. There’s no range hood in the kitchen.

- Éramos 5 personas y solo una se bañó con agua caliente. No había suficiente agua caliente para la cantidad de personas

- My only suggestion is that it should be made VERY clear that there are times where lights should be off and people are required to be quiet. There is no night staff and some people are very inconsiderate and don’t respect rules at all. This is an issue at all hostels, I am afraid. Luckily most people are considerate.

+ I think his name was Dominic, the guy that welcomed me was very friendly and informative. I like that they have private rooms

- Could be cleaner
