+ Buscaba un sitio con parqueadero, en booking dice que el lugar tiene parqueadero, en la publicidad del lugar dice parqueadero, pero no cuenta con parqueadero, no tiene espacio para eso, al estar ubicado en el centro hay a una cuadra un parqueadero, donde me costó conseguir lugar en la noche al ser una zona muy concurrida. Deben obligarles a poner la verdad, porque si contratas el lugar y te quedas como yo me quede, ya cuando no puedes cancelar, te toca o aceptar o aceptar.
- No tiene parqueadero, mienten en Booking y en su Publicidad, pero en realidad no hay parqueadero y la señora es mentirosa y despota al defender lo del parqueadero
+ I liked the fact that there was not a hotel. So my family and myself had to find an airbnb last minute.
- The fact that I notified booking that this hotel kept on advertising their rooms on their site but the hotel would then send an email last minute stating that you should cancel it. They did not cancel they want you to cancel. I was at the address provided and the hotel was not existing . There is a construction site at that location.

- Unsauber,staubig und seit längeren nicht geputzt
+ Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, sehr zentral und das Personal nett und hilfsbereit (niemand sprach jedoch englisch). Außerdem gab es nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen.
- Es war extrem laut - sowohl von der Straße her, als auch vom Restaurant das sich im Hostel befindet. Um 6:30 ging es los mit laut dröhnender Musik (die dann nochmal für eine Stunde abgeschaltet wurde) bis nach 23:00. Die Wände der Räume des Hostels sind so dünn, dass sämtliche Geräusche durchdringen.

Doesn’t feel like a hostel at all, uncomfortable atmosphere, no social areas. Messed up my reservation twice (!). My dorm that was located in the basement got extremely cold at night.

- Leider sind die Zimmer zu Straße sehr laut und man kann fast nicht schlafen, leider ist auch das WLAN nur sehr schlecht nutzbar da es entweder garnicht geht oder nur sehr langsam

Nice place, more a hotel than a hostel. But the facilities were clean and with plenty of space to hang around. It is also close to the center and Plaza de poncho and to Peguche’s waterfall, a must go in my opinion.
Chambre 2 lits jumeaux très confortable. Très bien située par rapport à la place du marché. Hotel calme et accueil très sympathique.

This place was much closer to a hotel than a hostel. The social vibes were dead and there werent a lot of hangout spaces. The restaurant is not good. Meals always took forever and costs more than similar options on that block. HOWEVER, the location was perfect, so if youre cool with it as just a boring hotel, you should stay.
+ J'ai adoré mon court séjour dans cet établissement. Tout d'abord, il est situé plein centre-ville tout près de toutes les commodités mais très calme. L'accueil est absolument charmant. Mary m'a tout de suite. mise à l'aise il m'a donné des informations très utiles. Ensuite l'établissement est très joliment décoré et d'une propreté impeccable. A noter également le confort incomparable de la literie ! En résumé, je vous recommande chaleureusement cet hôtel !

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Und auch die Einrichtung ist schön. Leider muss ich aber sagen, dass das ganz Zimmer nach Kanalisation gerochen hat und auch voller Abgasstaub war.
The staff is very helpful and friendly and the furnishings are also beautiful but unfortunately I have to say that the whole room smelled of sewage and was also full of exhaust dust.
