Schönes Hostel, in den Pool wollte ich nicht, Wasser ist sehr trüb und die Hunde schwimmen drinnen. Zimmer hat unglaublich gestunken weil etwas mit der Toilette nicht gestimmt hat. Aus der Dusche kam kaum Wasser.

It’s a very new hostel and it looks aesthetically pleasing. The pool and the rooms are really pretty. However it is not that clean, there are dogs that swim in the pool and there is dog faeces on the grass where everyone lays down with their towels. It kind of smells like wet dogs everywhere too. There is also not a water dispenser for the guests so you have to pay for water all the time ..

The room smelled very weird. There were also some things broken in the room, like the lock for your backpack or the footstep to get to your bed.

het hostel is nieuw, en het heeft zeer goede potentie! de bedden waren hard, het bovenste bunk moeilijk te bereiken. het is remoerig, waardoor je tot laat de mensen beneden goed hoord, maar ook het personeel in de ochtend ook. locatie op grab klokt niet, geen flauw idee wrm. personeel is aardig, maar alles kwa receptie duurde vrij lang. ook waren er dingen zoals douce en riolering kapot, stinkiende kamer en niet fijn kunnen douchen. sfeer is wel goed!

Beautiful, new building with a lot of potential, but unfortunately still many things to work out. The glass doors look lovely but do not block any sound, so be prepared for noise. The upper bunks are quite high and there is no railing, which didn’t feel very safe. Staff were nice upon arrival, but not very helpful afterwards when I needed assistance with extending my booking and storing bags. The room also had a strong smell similar to kitty litter. With some improvements, this could be great

There is NO waterfilter,if you want drinkable water you habe to buy it. Loud music in all public areas until 11pm. You can hear it a little bit in the rooms, but not too loud. Bathroom smelled like old,damp towels

An sich ist ein sehr schönes Hostel. Das Bett war sehr sauber und man hat ein eigenes Bad pro Zimmer. Es wurde jeden Tag geeinigt. Die Pool Area ist sehr hübsch. Allerdings sind die Hochbetten extrem hoch oben. Man klettert wackelig über die Holzpfeiler hoch. Der Unterste hat schon angefangen nachzugeben. Der Boden der Dusche wurde so gebaut, dass sich das Wasser in der Mitte sammelt. Das Wifi hat nicht funktioniert. Und die Lage ist etwas abgeschieden, auch wenn der Weg an sich nicht weit i...

Great place, excellent pool, great atmosphere and good food and drinks. The main issues was the dogs pissing in the fake grass around the pool, and then chemicals poured over it making chilling on the bean bags and recliners impossible because of the heavy chemical stench. The toilets/showers in the back of the rooms also smelling like sewage. Plumbings probably built wrong. They were trying their best to make the smells go away and clean etc but its not really effective enough.

Had such a great time at this hostel. The rooms are beautiful and big, the pool area is really nice. On top of that, the staff is nice and welcoming like Christian who did a great job engaging with travellers. Just a tiny remark that getting to the upper bunk bed can be a bit hard and that a water refill station would be great, but water is sold at the property.

Das war das beste Hostel, in dem ich je war!! Alles ist super sauber, die Atmosphäre ist einfach nur genial und auch die Mitarbeiter tun alles, damit man sich wohl fühlt und Spaß hat! ☺️ Ganz lieben Dank an Christian, Al und Sami - ihr habt es zu einem besonderen Erlebnis gemacht 🫶🏼

The Lazy Lama was my first hostel stay in Bali and I don’t know how it can be topped! All of the staff, particularly Christian, Al, and volunteer Sami were the kindest and most helpful people. However the whole team is great! The location is slightly out of the main area, but it has such a great vibe you don’t even have to leave. Would totally recommend! Already thinking about coming back!

Really beautiful hostel and pool, visited in low season so it was pretty quiet. Great location and super nice facilities and rooms, only downsides were the top bunks that are VERY difficult / dangerous to climb up to and at this price you’d wish they provided free water refill stations.. and no signage out front made it harder to find

I spent really good time in The lazy lama, facilities are super clean and staff amazing! The atmosphere is great! One of the best hostel in ulus I can’t wait to play pool again with Christian! Thanks

The best hostel we’ve stayed at yet! Cheap drinks but so good! Food is so incredible you won’t want to eat out. Staff are amazing big shout out to Christian and Alit they were so nice :))) beds are comfortable and clean and spacious as are the bathrooms but beware of the top bunk lol it’s very high!! You’ll master it quickly! Pool is lovely and golden retrievers!?!! Need I say more

This is a really nice hostel but it’s a 15 min walk to the main road of uluwatu. Also the vibe is really for younger British people. The beds are great but the top bunk is High up there maybe 2 meters high

Meilleur hostel que j’ai fais jusqu’ici, on dirait une villa de télé-réalité J’ai adoré Christian qui a grave mis l’ambiance et connecté les gens, grâce à lui j’ai rencontré de supers copines!! La piscine et les activités top aussi

great hostel. very social. beds were amazing. but the staff made it what it is especially Christian. Such a nuce guy and really makes sure that everyone enjoys themselfs as much as they can! would 100% recommend it.

Absolutely loved it here! Great rooms with plenty of space and such lovely people. The staff was so nice and blended in with the guests really well. We had a great time playing pool (Christian cheated :)) and drinking cocktails by the pool. We’ll miss you all, especially Christian, Denis, Dutu, and the professional pool player!

Really great place here, rooms are huge with their own bathrooms which are super nice. 10/10 happy hour , especially by the pool. Staff are mates which makes the place feel super social, especially christian who is pretty much one of the guys. Would come back 100%

Vi elsket lazy lama. Hostellet var veldig pent og estetisk. Veldig rent og veldig fine rom og fellesarealer. De ansatte var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende, spesielt en som heter Christian. Anbefaler virkelig å bo her hvis du er i Uluwatu

We stayed here 2 times and both times were super fun and the staff welcomed us with a good smile. Dennis was super fun to socialise with getting anything I needed for my stay, he also beat us at pool! Alit let me make a tequila sunrise with him behind the bar and came drinking with our friends. We met so many nice people and the rooms were insane. deffo recommend!!
