Disgousting bathrooms, don’t recommend for solo travelers.

The dorm room I was in (don’t know if there’s more than one as it’s mainly a hotel) was right by reception and the door doesn’t close. It literally doesn’t even shut properly, and there’s a big sign on it saying ‘do not lock this door’, so everybody knows it’s open. The staff told me it wasn’t unsafe because they don’t have ‘h0okers’ at the hotel. Bathrooms are also luggage storage. It also absolutely STANK in the dorm room. I left immediately and stayed elsewhere

Leider waren sehr enttäuscht, da unser 4er Dorm direkt neben der Rezeption und beim Aufzug war. Für die Zimmertür gab es keinen Schlüssel und war demnach für jeden offen. Auch das Schloss der Tür klemmte, wodurch die Tür nachts immer wieder offen stand. Die Mitarbeiter haben erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung mit den Handtüchern geholfen. Stayed in a dorm. The door couldn’t be closed, because then you couldn’t come in, so the door was open 24/7. The room is on the first floor, next to the elevator and the lobby, so very uncomfortable feeling. The bathroom and toilet is not very clean and uncomfortable, and the bedsheets were too small for the bed

All over the hostel is fine. We felt a bit weird staying there.

Wasn’t a fan to be honest, staff were supper lovely and sweet though. Room was really big and good facilities but the room smelt a little damp and there were loads of bugs in my bathroom. The room next to me was undergoing construction and people started banging about in there at like 1am which was annoying. Location didn’t feel that great as it felt there was nothing busy roads and construction around me but maybe that’s just Da Nang. Wouldn’t stay here again to be honest :(

We stayed in a private room that felt like a hotel room, with a very comfortable bed and a nice shower and toilet area. The walls were a bit grotty, but everything else felt clean. There was a microwave and kettle available. It’s close to shops but a bit far from the beach. After our first night, cleaners left our door ajar, which made us anxious about our belongings. Overall, fine for the price.

Gute Lage, nettes Personal, allerdings war der Roomservice morgens sehr laut. Zimmer sauber, leider hat der Küchenabfluss enorm gestunken. Ansonsten alles super.

The staff were really helpful and attentive, made better by great views of da nang from our hotel room. The only thing was that it was a bit unclean. There was a panel missing underneath a cupboard in our room and there was a rotten smell coming from it. I think something may have died in there.

I wouldn't usually leave a bad review, however if you are a backpacker think twice about the dorm. Most of the good reviews are for the private rooms. It felt very unsafe, the dorm door would not lock and was right next to the entrance so anyone could just wander in. The bathrooms were good, but you had to walk near the reception to get there so it didn't feel very private. We were asked to give our passports twice for some reason, and there was a deposit needed. Location was great

This is not really a hostel. It’s a hotel pretending. Nonetheless, we got a private room anyways and we enjoyed our stay. Super clean and the room was cleaned when needed. Location wise it’s far from the beachside but still a cool area

Nice spacious room with a comfy bed. Staff are friendly and the location is good. Bathroom could be a little cleaner but it wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend for a couple of nights.

I love our stay here! The receptionist Nini and security guard Tho are both very helpful and kind. From check-in to check-out, we were accommodated nicely, they even let us leave our luggages outside after our check out time because out flight is still in the evening letting us stroll Da Nang without the burden of carrying out stuffs everywhere. The place is at the very center of Da Nang so it is very easy to go from one place to another. Awesome time in Gold Hostel 🫶

Phòng kí túc xá yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ. Nhân viên thân thiện. Phù hợp để nghỉ ngơi. Mình hài lòng, sẽ quay lại lần sau

The staffs are so nice and kind. They helped me a lot, especially Nini. My room is so clean and the view is perfect. And about location, it’s in city center so I can walk to Dragon Bridge, Han Market, Con martket.

It is comfortable, and very nice. All the staff members are super polite and helpful.

I would like to recommend this hostel for everyone. The staff were friendly, the room was cleaned everyday. It also near by Dragon Bridge, restaurants and center city. I’ll back here next time

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist with anything I needed.
