+ La struttura mi ha mandato un link per fare il check in on line e non funzionava. Io stavo arrivando in struttura alle 19:00 e non mi hanno risposto al telefono per aiutarmi nel Check in. La struttura non rispondendo mi ha obbligato a trovare un altro alloggio all'ultimo pagando di più e con disagi. Mi pare ingiusto pagare un servizio che non potevo usufruire

- La presona che gestisce la struttura anche sapendo che io stavo andando da loro non mi risposto più dopo le 19:15 per aiutarmi nel trovare la struttura e per il Check in.

- Ήταν πολύ παλιό. Τα έπιπλα ήταν ότι περίσσευε από το σπιτι του ιδιοκτήτη. Τα παράθυρα έβλεπαν σε ακάλυπτο του κτηρίου όπου είχε τα μηχανήματα και τις καμινάδες από τα μαγαζιά. Νομίζω είναι το χειρότερο σπίτι που έχω μείνει σε διακοπές.

+ El hospedaje tiene una muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de todo y a 25 minutos caminando desde la estación. La atención de la dueña fue muy buena, siempre pendiente.

- No está en buen estado. Si bien es como en las fotos, las fotos es de hace algunos años .. la foto que muestra de las flores es como encontrar la ubicación, no el departamento, como yo pensaba. El departamento da a un patio interno, oscuro, muy oscuro y sin mantenimiento, por lo que incluso es mejor dejar las persianas bajas, como estaba. Al estar cerrado, sin luz, también adquiere cierto olor a humedad. El microondas no calienta, prende pero no calienta, algunas ollas para cocinar estaban rotas, sin la manija y con agujeros, lo que hacía que el agua salga por los costados. La cama, completamente hundida. La presión de la ducha es buena, aunque no sale tan caliente y no te permiten tocar el termotanque. Buscaría otras opciones

+ Great central location. Tidy and clean but minimal facilities. Staff were responsive and they gave me an electric kettle and fixed my lamp when I asked.

- Hard sharing the bathroom with 4 other people. You could hear everything in the rooms. Nothing in the room other than a bed, rail for clothes and 1 small bedside table. A chair and desk would be good.

+ Zentrale Lage Ausreichend Trinkgläser im Schrank Wände und Decken relativ neu gestrichen.

- Klimaanlage nur im Flur, zur Kühlung der Schlafräume nicht ausreichend. Türen und Fussleisten sind ramponiert, alt und bedürfen einer Restauration. Fußboden war staubig, nicht feucht gewischt. Die Außenseite meines schwarzen Stoffkoffers war nach dem Auspacken grau. Mobiliar zusammengewürfelt und in der Realität ramponierter als auf den Fotos. In der Küche war der Fliesenspiegel schmutzig und schadhaft Abgebildete Mikrowelle fehlte. Küchenausstattung spärlich. Zur Reinigung des Geschirrs wurden alte, gebrauchte Küchenschwämme und Schwammtücher vorgehalten. Im Bad war die Duscheinfassung verschmutzt. Weitere Fotos werden vorgehalten.

+ Super easy check-in process, spacious rooms, clean bathroom, great location. Host was very responsive and helpful with our questions regarding luggage storage.

- Wish there was luggage storage provided but she was very helpful in helping us find an alternative option.

- Cold the first night ( no AC) ; door noisy when opening.

+ Right in the centre of town and close to everything. Photos look identical to the room. Was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable as well. Shared bathroom was large, modern and cleaned daily. Only sharing with two other rooms, no issues with waiting. Similar to a shared apartment, you can hear other people through the walls within reason.

+ La struttura è situata in ottima posizione. La stanza é ordinata e accogliente. Il bagno emé da condividere con le altre 3 stanza ma é ordinato e pulito

- L’unica nota negativa é il bagno in condivisione

+ Отличное расположение, в самом историческом центре.место отличное, рядом стар бакс ( если будете искать, соседний подъезд)

- Очень тонкие стены, слышно соседей, каждое движение
