The Center Point

+ The hotel location in the centre is favourable.

- Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the attitude of the hotel staff. The hardness of the mattress did not suit me, my back hurt. During the second night, I hardly slept. We had booked the hotel room for 5 nights, after two days I decided to change the hotel, because when a guest does not sleep, everything else becomes unimportant. The hotel receptionist demanded a payment for at least 4 nights, which, given the reservation, would be understandable if the hotel was fully booked, but that was not the case. So the hotel took the money for nothing. The new accommodation I found in Siem Reap was more comfortable and, paradoxically, cheaper. It was the first time in years of travelling that I had to change accommodation for this reason. My memories of this hotel are not good.

+ Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön und die Lage einzigartig. Allerdings ist der Balkon ein Gemeinschaftsbalkon, die Balkontüre hat kein Sicherheitsschloss, sodass von dieser Seite jederzeit jemand das Zimmer betreten könnte. Das Frühstück war gut, der Preis für Kambodscha schon eher hoch. Man konnte aus 5 Menüs auswählen. Geschmacklich war an dem Frühstück nichts auszusetzen, generell war das Essen in dem Hotel sehr gut und konnte auch am Pool gegessen werden. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich, an der Rezeption leider unverschämt.

- Vorsicht: Hier hat man uns abgezockt! Das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter bzw. Geschäftsführung war meiner Meinung nach äußerst unseriös. Man beschwerte sich, dass zwei unserer Handtücher und zwei Kopfpolsterbezüge schmutzig seien. Es stimmt, dass darauf Reste meiner Haarfarbe, mit der ich seit Jahren meine Haare färbe, zu sehen waren. Das lässt sich leider nach dem Haarewaschen nicht vermeiden (es handelt sich dabei um keine permanente sondern eine auswaschbare, besonders schonende Farbe), ist aber sogar mit nur lauwarmen Wasser immer einfach zu entfernen. Man verlangte von mir 50 US Dollar für eben diese beiden Handtücher und Polsterbezüge. Außerdem wurde ich aufgefordert, die bereits geleistete Zahlung für den Aufenthalt bei Booking.com zu stornieren und über das Hotel neu abzuwickeln. Dafür würde man mir 50% auf die Wäsche gewähren. Das kam mir schon extrem unseriös vor. Ich verweigerte und verweigerte auch die Zahlung der 50 Dollar. Selbst in meiner teuren Heimat kosten zwei Handtücher und zwei Polsterbezüge - alles war ja auch schon mehrmals von verschiedensten Touristen benutzt worden, also keineswegs neuwertig, niemals 50 Dollar. Nach langen Verhandlungen einigten wir uns auf eine Zahlung von 32 Dollar, was immer noch absolute Abzocke war. Wie gesagt, dieses Verhalten erscheint mir extrem unseriös. Ich reise seit mehr als 30 Jahren durch die Welt, buche seit mehr als einem Jahrzehnt alle meine Hotels über Booking.com und hatte noch nie ein Problem. Dieses Hotel würde ich darum keinem Kunden jemals wieder empfehlen.

- Rummet vi fick orkade man nästan inte öppna balkongdörren. Det var stora springor i fönstren, så vi hade mosquito attack hela tiden. Frukosten var värdelös. Vi bokade 5 nätter, men stod bara ut 2. Känner oss lurade av vad Booking sa om det. Ingen hiss

- Per 5 gg la stanza non è mai stata riassettata e pulita né sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani. Il bagno, fatiscente, perdeva acqua con pericolo di fulminarsi se cascava il phon. Impianto elettrico nella stanza a vista e con fili scoperti.

- BITTE FINGER WEG VON DIESEM HOTEL!!!! Wenn wir eingereist sind haben wir sehr kleine Zimmer bekommen, auch wenn wir 30qm gebucht haben. Die Zimmer haben Sie uns getauscht, die Grosseres Zimmer war aber noch nicht sauber, Personal hat uns mit Gepäck geholfen und wir sind essen gegangen (sehr lange weg hinten uns) erst nächsten Tag hat meiner Freund gecheckt dass 700€ sind weg. Keiner wollte uns helfen, Polizei anrufen, oder Kontakt auf ein Vorgeseztem geben, auf einmal hat niemand englisch verstanden. Und dass ist nicht nur uns passiert. Hoffe andere schreiben auf Bewertung! Es gibt genug anderes Hotel :)

+ The price and the quality does not match. Never disappointed before with room but this one. Extremely disatified. Room is too small. Can barely walk. Good location though. They should show how exactly the room is so guests can make an informed decision.

+ Lovely hotel, comfy quiet rooms! We had a lovely stay at this hotel room was immaculately clean, super comfortable we had a great sleep. The little treats in the room were a lovely touch. We will be back!

+ Personnel très accueillant, très poli. L'emplacement de l'établissement est bien situé à proximité des magasins et des marchés et de pub street La cuisine du restaurant est bonne et les plats sont généreux. La piscine est bien . Le wifi est bon , les chambres sont correctes sans plus.. Il y a la climatisation et un réfrigérateur, heureusement.

- La salle de bain est le point faible de cet établissement. Le mobilier de la chambre est vieux .

+ From the moment we checked in the service was excellent, no matter what time of day when we had an inquiry or a need it was responded to immediately. The amenities were complete and great quality. The entire staff, including the front desk and the housekeeping were thorough and friendly.

+ Sehr freundliches personal die alles daran setzen, dass man zufrieden ist. Unsere matratze war so duechgelegen und wir konnten in der ersten nacht kaum schlafen. - Nicht soviel ablagefläche für 2 backpackrucksäcke, wenn man nicht kompliziert ist geht das aber. Kein schatten am pool Beim frühstück kann man a la carte aus ca 7 menus wählen. Es gubt zu jedem menu viel brot, croissants und früchte. Zu einem warum bewerte ich es als schlecht - weil man ev nicht alles essen kann und viel food waste entsteht.
