- アジア圏の旅行者が多く滞在しており、臭いが気になった。 廊下に宿泊者の荷物がいっぱい置かれているなど、廊下が汚い。 トイレ、バス共用。バスは着替えを置くところが無く不便であった。 チェックイン時間を過ぎたら深夜料金を取られた。説明書には書いてなかったと思う。

+ Mr. Tom was very kind, he find a way that we can stay near in ueno tokyo.

- We dont like the behaviour of Mr Tom’s wife. I booked thid because it is near in ueno tokyo. But a day before our reservation they emailed us to stay in matsudo, i thought that mastudo is near in ueno but when we arrived in the place where i got the reservation,the wife told me that they dont have vacant room. in a angry way the wife told us go to matsudo because they dont have vacant room near tokyo. Matsudo is in chiba ken which is far from ueno which is i got my reservation.

- I can say it was the worst place I ever stayed. Everything in the hotel was very old and very bad. It was like we were using old, discarded things. The bed we slept in was wooden and very old. Every time we turned around it was making noise and we woke up. The only thing in the room was the bed and we had no other space. The hotel owner asked us to keep our luggage outside the room, but of course we didn't want to leave them outside. Since there was no place in the rooms, people left their suitcases in the corridors and the place looked quite crowded. It was not a hygienic and comfortable area at all. Also, the place is not close to the center of Tokyo. However, the neighborhood it was located in was a quiet and beautiful place and that was the only good thing I could say about this place.

+ この施設は、外国人留学生をメインにしており、スタッフは年配の方一人です。 部屋は寝るだけのスペースしかありません。事前に入浴時のタオルの提供もなく、ブッキングコムにて、支払い済みだったので、仕方なく一泊しましたが、お勧めできません。

+ 何もないです。

- 女性３人で宿泊しましたが、広い部屋から狭い部屋に勝手に変更されたにも関わらず、宿泊料金は変わらず、また同じ階にはアジア系男性外国人の方が多く宿白しており、シャワーも男女共用の為、安心して入ることができませんでした。 部屋の鍵もあるにはあったが、不安要素しかなく、その夜は宿には泊まらず、他の場所で夜を明かしました。 老夫婦の方々が経営されており、とてもフレンドリーな感じで話をされてましたが、そのうち目の前で内輪揉めが始まり、とても気まずい感じになりました。 もう二度と宿泊することはないです。

- 部屋が狭すぎる、４人部屋で申込んだのに到着時に突然２人部屋２部屋に変更され畳１枚のスペースしかない部屋のシングルベッドに２人で寝せられた。先に荷物を預けるべく早めに立ち寄ったが、部屋に荷物も入れられず他の宿泊者の荷物と一緒に雑然と廊下に並べられ防犯面でも最悪。正直一泊¥1000程度の価値しかなく二度と利用しません。

+ 探しても見つからない。

- 防音と記載されている上で、部屋で友人と話しているだけで管理人に叱られた。 共同トイレなら共同と記載してほしい。風呂は共同と記載しているのに騙された気分。 部屋にはアメニティ何もなくてタオルとベットのみです。歯ブラシやコップなど持参する必要があります。

- Terrible place. Terrible staff. Owner is a liar, brazenly lying about the contents of the room. They make it out as if everything, from private bathroom to amenities is included in the room, but just give you two square meters and a bed. You have to check thoroughly to see that it is all shared, and even then, they do not inform it directly. Stay away from here.

+ Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Good value and good location (convenient to JR, subway) and with convenient parking out front at reasonable rate. Kitchen is available but hard to use due to lack of dining space. Very friendly owners and would recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Tokyo.

- We had a booking issue due to booking.com payment problems. Booking was cancelled by booking.com and we had to rebook. Accommodation seemed inclined to charge us 50% cancellation penalty even though we went ahead with the stay. Finally at the end when checking out they suggested we could get that money back which was appreciated, but wish they didn't put us in uncomfortable position for the whole week stay with no clarity if we'd get that money back.

+ Les personnes qui nous accueillent sont vraiment très sympathiques.

- Les matelas et oreillers sont un peu raides.

+ ホストのご夫婦が大変よい方で気持ちよくすごせました。料金も春休み期なのに非常にリーズナブルで助かりました。

- 駐車場を借りましたが狭かったです。ただ毎回 車庫入れの際には夜遅くにもかかわらず丁寧に誘導いただいたので、大丈夫でした。

- 髪の毛が落ちていたり、枕に髪の毛がついていた。 シーツが変えられていない。

+ La pareja de abuelitos que atienden este hostal son muy serviciales y simpáticos, siempre que llegas te reciben con un bienvenido, se sintió como estar en casa

+ Es increíble, los baños son compartidos Pero aún así tienes privacidad. Exelente !

+ The owners both were very nice and helpful. We chatted with Tom and learned about Japanese history each evening after travelling, and he gave us great recommendations on what to see in Tokyo, as well as how to travel easily from Tokyo to Hiroshima while seeing Hakone and a great view of Mount Fuji on the way there.

+ A very budget-friendly stay with a backpacker hostel vibe. The hosts are incredibly sweet and welcoming - they genuinely treat you like you’re at home. Special shoutout to them for the warmth and hospitality. The location is convenient, with nearby facilities and easy access to the metro.

- The room was much smaller than expected and felt a bit congested, especially if you’re carrying luggage.
