Two Pillows Boutique Hostel

+ They really give you TWO pillows, good location, SPA.

- Unfortunately, the worst check-in experience ever. 1. Couldn't enter for a long time, because they didn't send the code from the main door in advance (or at least WiFi pass to easier contact the property). 2. Was hard to sleep, since the room had a window facing the entrance and some other guests, who arrived at night, had to knock loudly on the door with begging to let them in (actually related to the previous problem). 3. During check-in they will capture your passport or ID to the suspicious application, on my request to explain the purpose and confirm that this photo of the ID will not be shared to anyone else, the woman on the reception explicitly rejected to answer (like they don't want to tell you that they will and can't lie as well), relying on that "they do like this in Serbia", which I honestly didn't care being in Malta. Such behavior is incompetent.

+ Hostel is really well located.

- The female-only room (always the most expensive dorm of all) is just by the kitchen so be ready to be woken up very early in the morning and stay awake until late in the evening. It is even worse as some of them are drunk. One guy got really wild so I almost called the police, so I left the hostel one night before I had planed and paid for. The hostel allows people to go into the kitchen 24/7 as it is also the only way for smokers to access the back garden. Even though I complained about it, the hostel promised to refund me 40 EUR and I have never seen them in my bank account.

+ The only positive thing is the position in front of the ferry for Valletta

- The A.C. was 10 cm above my head and I could not sleep a single minute. The girl in the bed below me was already ill and coughed all night. They said the A.C. can’t be changed. I had reservation for 2 nights but I moved away as soon as possible the day after

- Absoluter Horrortrip!! Bettwanzen in unseren Betten und Bettpolstern. Diese wurden von uns leider erst um 2 Uhr nachts entdeckt, daraufhin die Notfallnummer kontaktiert, der Besitzer konnte uns kein anderes Zimmer und auch keine andere Möglichkeit bieten. Wir mussten somit von 3 Uhr nachts bis am Morgen früh in der Gemeinschaftsküche durchhalten. Keine Verpflegung wurde gegeben gar nichts, noch nie so ein schlechter Service von einem Hotel erhalten!!! Einfach masslos enttäuscht!

- Die Klimaanlage durfte man nicht einschalten obwohl über 30 Grad waren. Das einzige Fenster im Raum ging zur Gemeinschaftsküche, also war ständig Kochduft im Raum. Das Duschtuch welches man für 3 Euro mieten kann, war noch mit Makeupspuren vom Vorbesitzer voll

- 사기입니다. 성인 3명으로 슈퍼스위트룸이라 예약했지만 전혀 스위트룸이 아니라 모텔보다 못한 간이침대가 있었고 그 가격은 전혀 합당한 가격이 아니라 과대하게 비용을 받았습니다. 수페리어 스위트룸이라고 해서 기대를 하고 예약을 했습니다. 도착 후, 호텔 상태가 사진과 달랐고 겉보기에 안좋아 방상태를 본 후에 결재하고싶다고 했으나 전혀 강경한 태도와 불친절한 상태로 고객을 맞았습니다. 그러니깐 고객인 저희에게 오기전에 니가 잘 알아봤어야지 라고 하며 비꼬았습니다. 전혀 전문적 서비스가 아니였습니다. 또한, 엘리베이터가 없어 4층계단까지 캐리어를 들고 올라가야만 했습니다. 호텔스닷컴에 기재 되어있는 사진의 방은 더블베드 만 있는 방 입니다. 그 방에 임시 침대를 두고서는 성인 3명을 수용하는 방이라며 판매합니다. 아마 실제는 두명 만을 위한 방인데 성수기 기간이라 임시 침대를 발코니 옆에 두어 막무가내 돈 벌기를 한것 같습니다. 그리고 이불도 없는 침대입니다. 사진에 보이는 자쿠지 또한 실제와 매우 다릅니다. 방 상태 확인 후, 사진과 다르니 환불 해 달라하니 니가 잘못알아 본거니 아무 보상도 할 수 없다고 합니다. 최악의 호스텔입니다. 그들에게 속지마세요!

- Sacaron mis cosas del cuarto y no me informaron hora para sacar las cosas y rompieron mi candado y estraviaron mi toalla

+ Beds are extremely confortable. Dorms are big, distance between lower bed and upper bed is big, so there's no feeling of lack of space. Also distance between the bankbeds. Big rooms with lots of space. Friendly personnel. Big kitchen with lots of kitchen utensiles.

- Our dorm had no toilet and shower inside, so we needed to go out to the corridor.

+ Lovely comfortable and clean hostel, great staff, lovely spa. Highly recommend.

- The only downside was the showerr towel/bathmat which was always soaked through, no big deal, really!

+ Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hostel ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Hier findet der Traveller alles was er so braucht. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur 5 Minuten zu Bushaltestellen und Fähre. Die Zimmer waren groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Auch die Bäder waren sehr sauber.

+ Las camas super cómodas y el baño enorme

- Nadie entiende nada de español, a pesar de que hay mucho italiano en el país y que la lengua es parecida. El patio me lo esperaba más grande

+ Everything , good value for money and friendly staff . Just the tv in the room was a bit old ish . The only negative thing.
