+ I like the location only

- They gave room next to the pool and it was loud and you can hear the cars from outside all night The room was not clean and without a blanket and when I asked for the they said they don't have but I got a baby blanket next day. Also no hot water for my whole stay which it shows they should have but they don't and they just tell the guests that hot water not working I wanted to checkout before my third day and got refunded for my 3rd night only and the manager said no we can't and didn't even apologize for all the issues that I went through True even the TV wasn't working In conclusion the worst hotel I stayed at

- I feel compelled to publicly share my extremely negative experiences at this establishment, as the stay was a bitter disappointment in almost every respect. From the moment of check-in, it became clear that hospitality is obviously not a standard here, as the staff consistently treated me with an unfriendliness and arrogance that I have rarely experienced in this form. Instead of striving for the well-being of the guests, one felt more like a disruption in the employees' daily routine. A particularly annoying incident concerned the hotel's laundry service, as my clothes were returned with a massive delay, which messed up my entire daily schedule. Despite repeated inquiries, I was only put off without any serious apology or effort being apparent. Even far worse, however, was the condition of the pool area, which simply must be described as unhygienic and disgusting. The cleanliness at the edge of the pool as well as in the water itself left so much to be desired that I never dared to actually use the facility at any point. It is incomprehensible to me how a hotel can offer such neglected conditions as a place of relaxation. This poor overall impression was rounded off by the breakfast buffet, which was of absolutely inferior quality. The selection was extremely poor and the portioning bordered on an impertinence. This was particularly noticeable with the jam, as perhaps at most one gram ended up on the plate with each portion, making spreading a normal roll almost impossible. You get the feeling here at every corner that money is being saved on the guest wherever possible. Overall, I can only strongly advise against a stay at this hotel, as the price-performance ratio is in no way justified and the hygienic deficiencies as well as the poor service are unacceptable.

- Muy caro, se fue la energía y el agua durante todo un día. El personal poco amigable

- La atención al cliente para mí lo es todo, llegué a Colombia hace poco a ver mi tierra y mi familia, quería amabilidad, pero el personal fue muy poco amable y poco empático.

+ Súper malo el lugar , no hacen aseo a la habitación , no hay ascensor, las cobijas son una servilleta, son súper pequeñas las habitaciones, el baño es sucio horrible, no cambian las toallas

- No me gustó nada nada nada ese pobre hotel se sostiene gracias a la atención de los empleados es terrible todooo menos los empleados y Santa Marta super caído mal mal mal

- Geluidsoverlast, vanaf de straat van een kroeg, wat te begrijpen is. Maar ze draaide in de receptie tot diep in de nacht harde muziek. Zwaar asociaal tegenover je gasten.

+ No pude disfrutar del hospedaje

- Que no me devolvieron el 100% del pago, siendo que no me hospede y se inundó el cuarto, tras de eso por ser catástrofe solo me devolvían el 50%, no tiene sentido que tenga que responder y perder mi plata… adicional la dueña indicó que me quede siendo que no fue así para no hacer la devolución, persona deshonesta

- Mucho ruido de la fiesta de fuera. Nos dijeron que era porque es fin de semana pero si estás pensando en ir a descansar y desconectar, asegúrate de ir entre semana o cambiar de destino. La música se escuchó hasta las 7.30 AM.

+ Lindo lugar para descansar

- Nada, todo bien

+ El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones muy limpias

+ a localização é ótima, perto do parque dos noivos e com vários restaurantes e lojas. o hotel estava sempre limpo, inclusive a piscina e eles disponibilizavam toalha para a piscina. os quartos eram amplos e com ar condicionado. fomos para o parque tayrona e deixamos as malas no hotel enquanto estávamos fora sem nenhum custo. tem restaurante e recepção 24h no hotel. usamos o serviço de lavanderia também. se você sair mais cedo que o café, eles disponibilizam um sanduíche para viagem.

- o café da manhã era um pouco fraco e o banheiro não tem box então acaba ficando molhado.

+ De locatie is vlak bij plaza de los novios. Veilige en gezellige buurt in het centrum. Mooie binnenplaats met zwembad. Pizza’s zagen er lekker uit.

- Onze kamer was aan de straat kant op het 1e verdiep. Er was geen geluidsisolatie en we werden de ganse nacht gewekt door straatlawaai. Auto’s muziek, roepende menen, luide ruzie. Ontbijt was beperkt en niet zo lekker.

- La zona verde de la parte del jacuzzi debería ser mejorada

+ Staff were helpful, the breakfast was good, the pool was nice. The room was functional. Staff kept our bags safely while we went to Tayrona for 2 nights, which was much appreciated. Location was great near the square, with restaurants and shops.

- The lift wasn’t operational, the jacuzzi was green.
