Definitely the worst accommodation I have stayed at. Tiny rooms, no wifi and a manager who couldn’t care less. Avoid this place unless there is nothing else!!!

Pas de serviette de toilette (en cherchant bien c'était noté), il faut se faire le lit avec uniquement un drap et un dessus de lit (qui n'a pas l'air d'être lavé entre chaque client). Pas de drap housse. Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte qui donne sur une rue très bruyante

La ubicación es buena, muy céntrica, buena cocina, se puede cocinar bien. Pero quiero hacer saber que le persona de recepción tiene pésimo trato con los huéspedes. En mis tres días que estuve pude presenciar en vivo que trato de manera muy agresiva a dos niñas y otro día una niña se retiró llorando. También pude comprobar que a la llegada te dice que la maquina no funciona pues debes cancelar en efectivo. Para que estén atentos y las malas prácticas de este señor y malos tratos de ...

Poor customer service. Card reader machine was broken down so had to pay extra fees to take out the payment in cash. The front desk staff gave us a room with keys that didn’t work AND the room was already occupied by other guests when we paid for a private room. This was frustrating and made a late night feel even longer. Only positive part of this hostel is the location in old town but it is right near loud bars so just be aware of loud music late into the night.

Very poor, no linen is given so you have to cover your self with a used blanket. No lockers they are broken, no service, no internet, so noisy I couldn't sleep. Rude staff at reception and only comes at four o'clock in the evening. No safety as hostel is alone there is nobody there at night. I left on the first day so couldn't stay there two nights as intended.

Avoid at all costs. Horrible mattresses. Very disappointed from the Hostel. The only pros are the cleaniness and the location. Other than that there was no Wifi, the reception opened only after 4 during weekdays and it was not really helpful. Renting a towel costs 5 euros. The lockers need a coin to lock and unlock and when I asked for change in the reception he would not help. The room is central heated and was supposed to be at 24 degrees but was actually at 20. The noise from the club under could be heard at night. The beds were bad

This hostel over charged me by €408. When I arrived they told me there card machine was out of battery and would charge my card I had on hostel world out of convenience at a later time, they Len took out the amount owed plus 2 x transactions of €204.00. Upon trying to contact them about the over charged transactions they were rude and did not want to help at all saying they would look at it when they can, on the 3rd phone call they just hung up on me. They also did not respond to any emails ...

Right above noisy bars and clubs, couldn’t sleep. Also their wifi didn’t work.

Die Einrichtung hat Schwächen 1. Keine Duschverkleidung so das die Toilette unweigerlich mit geduscht wird. 2. Keine Hilfe bzw Hinweis auf die Schließfächer. 3. Die oberen Betten haben keinen Rahmen so dass sich die Matratzen in alle Richtungen verschieben. 4. Das gilt auch für die unteren Betten, was nicht so erheblich ist denn der Sprungrahmen befindet sich direkt auf dem Boden. Kurz das Bett ist keine Beine - sehr unbequem.

Établissement très correct sur le plan du rapport qualité prix. Un peu vieillissant mais bien placé (quartier bruyant) et propre, cuisine bien équipée. Léger désagrément car pas possible de déposer son sac avant l'entrée à 16h.

Bathroom was clean and new BUT no Toilet seat.... Place in quaint old town which turned absolutely crazy at night, noise unbelievable until 3am from the bars, that means not much sleep even with earplugs. Room was clean, Don't think I will stay there again

Hostel muito bem localizado, muito limpo e organizado. O problema foi que nosso quarto era privativo e nosso chuveiro não aquecia, falamos com o rapaz da recepção e nos disse que poderíamos usar os comunitários.

Debajo del hostel hay un pub y su música y el ruido de la gente se oye hasta altas horas de la madrugada. También hay mucho ruido de voces en la calle.

no se merece la puntuación que tiene, me ha sorprendido ya que estaba todo perfecto! habitación 401 sin problema, y el propietario que está en la recepción te recomienda sitios y siempre muy amable gracias!

Alles in allem in Ordnung, aber etwas dreckig und das Personal ist ziemlich unfreundlich. Allerdings ist die Lage unschlagbar. Die Zimmer sind alt aber akzeptabel

It was clean, but felt tucked away. I only stayed for one quick over night and it was good for that. My roommates and I did not have access to a charger. The bathroom shower was a little bit weird, but spacious. Overall a good stop, but I do not think I would spend significant time here.

Posizione ottima, nella parte vecchia della città, in mezzo a bar e ristoranti. Il materasso non comodissimo e non ci sono prese per ricaricare il cellulare vicino al letto. Non accettano pagamenti in contanti perché, dicono, che il bancomat è fuori funzione e il locker nella stanza ha bisogno di un euro per essere chiuso. In generale la stanza è molto pulita e per il prezzo non ci si puó aspettare molto di più

The noise is ridiculous from the street, and it goes on till 6am on Saturday night. We got no sleep the whole stay here never anyone at reception although it says it’s 8am-12pm. We got lucky but other guests had to leave their bags in the corridor (dangerous) from 10am until 4pm waiting for the guy to come. They tell you to leave ur bags in another place that cost us €15 for 3 hours Beds are so close together in the room it’s uncomfortable. And only 2/4 beds had plugs to charge phon...

Clean, near the center but the card machine was not working so i had to take money out and the banks charge 10% around there 😐 Also the toilets where inside the room not in a comon area or smt

Loud if you're on the street side. We had to pay in cash upon arrival which was annoying, and they're atm was broken. Also our room had not been turned over so we had to be in a domitory room instead of the ensuite we paid for. Security was kind of weird, but we did have to scan into the building and the doors did deal

nice hostel that i recommend a lot ! there is a terrassé on the top that make all the atmosphere of the place + the location is perfect for visiting the city center by foot and going to bars 🕺🏼
