The service was dissapointing to very bad, because 1. Upon arrival at 14:15 (check-in time being from 14 on) the room wasn't available. The staff was watching a horror movie and had therefore not been able to clean the room. 2. Services such as towels and leaving lugage after checkout were offered as if it was included in the price, but with check out were charged making the total price double the original amount. No verbal info on additional charges were given. Never have we had this before.
Stayed for two nights, initially we booked with hostel world and had a different rate to pay then the staff told us. We had to pay 500THB more, which was a bummer. Besides that the private rooms are relatively small and not worth the money. Until the end we were basically the only people in this hostel. The boat tour was to short with only 20 min for each. Not worth it in my opinion. On the positive site staff was really friendly and helpful.
We did not have many options where to stay in Ayutthaya but the hostel was great, we had a very late check-in and they were super flexible and helpful. Chris shared with us on whatsapp a map of a whole day tour to see the temples, that was great! You can also rent bikes there. We didnt stay very long so we didnt meet anyone else, it was very quiet. Super recommended, Chris is super nice!
The hostel was really basic and the facilities weren’t the cleanest. The private room was good and clean with ac, but again very basic. The host was super helpful and friendly, but we were literally the only people there so the atmosphere was strange. Fine for if you’re just passing through for 1 or 2 nights.

Für eine Nacht ist die Unterkunft völlig ok. Das Personal was sehr bemüht und freundlich. Bei der Sauberkeit ist für thailändische Verhältnisse Platz nach oben.;)
For one night the accommodation is perfectly ok. the staff was very diligent and friendly. the cleanliness is up to the Thai standards.;)
They double booked our room, but did not tell us the truth about it. Instead, the host told us it wasn't availbe due to a broken AC, while in reality, another couple was in our room, so in short, they lied to us, which I consider to be a very bad thing to do. We were instead put in a dorm the first night, and only got the room we were supposed to have on our second (and final) night. The place is clean and has all the necessary facilities.
Schoon hostel met vriendelijke eigenaar. Vergeet niet als je later dan 18:00 aankomt om dit aan te geven bij de eigenaar. Ik bezocht dit hostel in maart en heb niemand anders gezien dan de vriendelijke host tijdens mijn verblijf, dat was wel jammer. Erg rustig hostel. Je kan hier ook een fiets huren om Ayutthaya te verkennen, dat is top!
I visited this hostel in March and have not seen anyone else but the friendly host during my stay, that was a pity. Very rustic hostel. You can also hire a bike here to explore Ayutthaya, that is top!
Really friendly and helpful staff A thing to note is that the single room doesn't have any windows. It was ok as the bright colours of the room make up for it, but it was hard to tell time in the morning (or evening if you decided to relax there during the afternoon) Overall it's quite nice and simple

Chris war sehr hilfreich und hatte für uns mehrere Routen vorbereitet mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Ayutthaya. Auch sonst war er sehr zuvorkommend und hat jede Kleinigkeit gesehen.

A beautiful and quiet hostel, centrally located in the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The internet is as advertised; it's indeed super fast. The owner gave me a free breakfast. In short: definitely book if you're in the area.

I had a great time staying at this hostel. Chris is an incredibly nice and friendly host who makes you feel very welcome. Everything was also very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The Perfect place to stay in Ayutthaya! Chris is an amazing host! He always knows the solution to every problem immediately. I enjoyed every moment here! I really reccommend!

It was very pleasent stay around here. The staff was very kind, he recommendet many places we should visit during our trip. the falcilies were also clean. so overall we would recommend it further.

The hostel Is in a great location, clean and nice. More improtantly: you are never gonna find a host as welcoming! During the chek-in he shared a couple of maps very usefull for moving around the city, and allowed me to do the check-out later so that I could have a shower. great experience, I recommend It!
Der Host ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hostel ist super und gemütlich. Wir haben in einem Privat Zimmer geschlafen was ich weiter empfehlen kann solange man keine Probleme mit fensterlosen Räumen hat. Die Lage es auch gut und man kann Räder ausleihen. Wir haben vom Host ein Karte bekommen auf dem er mehrere Tempel markiert hat die man gut besuchen kann :) Was ich nicht empfehlen kann ist einen Bus im Hostel zu buchen, war viel zu teuer.
The host is super nice and helpful. The hostel is great and cozy. We slept in a Private Room which I can further recommend as long as you don't have any problems with windowless rooms. The location is also good and you can rent bicycles. We got a card from the host on which he marked several temples that you can visit well :) What I can't recommend is booking a bus in the hostel, it was much too expensive.
The location of the hostel is great, you can quickly reach lots of restaurants, cafés and sights. The hostel owner is super friendly and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. I would recommend a stay in Ayutthaya and the Nakara Hostel to anyone!
The hostel owner was really friendly. He had a lot of information about Ayutthaya and were to go :). He drove to a farm with us and bought some fresh vegetables to prepare a salad.
Spend a single night there , everything was clean and the owner was really nice to me ! Thank you for the advises and kindness !
