+ Comfy beds

- My partners bed had bed bugs, instead of treating the issue they just changed the sheets and left it ready for the next. My partners new bed also had bed bugs. Staff were missing a lot of the time, felt deserted. Loud karaoke on next door during the early morning.

+ Die lange ist gut

- Ich verstehe wirklich nicht wie eine Unterkunft wie diese so gute Bewertungen haben kann. Der Raum ist unglaublich voll, die Angestellten unfreundlich, die Familie schläft dort selbst und ihr kleiner Sohn reißt die Vorhänge der Betten auf wenn man versucht zu schlafen, rollt mit seinem Koffer durch den Raum und stößt gegen jedes Bett. Hab meinen Aufenthalt früher abgebrochen

- Du jamais vu … le proprio qui fait une soirée sur la terrasse, alors que le lieu est connu pour faire de la randonnée nous avons donc besoin de repos … des gens qui criaient, qui rigolaient fort, les enfants des invités dans le dortoir, les gens qui passaient et allumaient les lumières pour aller au toilette, deux fois j’ai demandé du silence on me disait oui ils partent bientôt ils ne sont partis que 3 heures plus tard … ce n’est pas acceptable … les gens payent pour se reposer

+ convenient location and they offer cheap deals for hikes and other adventures around, as well as transportation including pick up with very cheap price.

- I left on my arrival after checking the beds - there are bedbugs. I checked another bed and it was the same. The place is very expensive for what you get compared to other places in the city (no breakfast, no kitchen, no toilet paper). While I am aware the bedbugs come from travellers, the hostel should still take actions.

+ Clean linen. Mattress firm but good.

- Beds are close together. Bottom bunk has privacy curtains, upper none. 3 bathroom/shower for everyone. A/C was switched off at night- very warm. Always someone smoking in the common outside area. As a non smoker I couldn’t escape it unless I left the property.

- - Es handelt sich bei der Unterkunft um einen großen Raum mit 9 Stockbetten. Die oberen Betten haben keinen Vorhang, deshalb gibt es keine Privatsphäre. - finde 10$ / Bett für einen 18er Dorm ohne Vorhang teuer

- Room had many bunks in it and there weren't lockers

+ Heaven Backpacker felt just like home. I’ve never felt so welcome in a hostel, it was spotlessly clean, and you truly want to stay there. You know when you arrive at Heaven Backpacker, but you never know when you’ll want to leave

+ L’emplacement est très bien si vous souhaitez faire le trek et dormir à la belle étoile. L’auberge est propre vous pouvez laissez vos affaires (attention pas de locker). Serviettes mises à disposition. Hote d’accueil très gentil

- La difficulté pour échanger avec l’hote

- They forgot my pickup to the Bus Station, better of Walking 10-15 min to make sure you‘re on time

+ 个人觉得这家住宿在nong khiaw算是很不错的了，虽然他是所有床位都在同一个空间，但是都不会太拥挤，还是比较有隐私感的。老板人很好，可以帮忙预定车票

+ Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean. It was good value for money, in terms of a place to rest your head for the night. Location is great - easy walking distance from stores, restaurants, and tourist agencies.

- Showers are a little cold for the Laos winter. Staff should make plenty of hand soap and toilet available and not wait until it runs out.

+ Best hostel in town by far. Big , clean , Dan (the host) is awesome and attentive. Very cheap , excellent location - close to everything. You can book trekking through them , really good experience, best I had in 2 months.

+ Une auberge au rapport qualité prix excellent ! Tout d'abord, le couple gérant l'établissement est vraiment adorable et au petits soins. Le dortoir se résume dans une grande pièce avec tous les lits puis deux petites pieces ouvertes avec d'autres lits. C'est franchement top ainsi car bien aménagé Ils proposent un service de laverie aux prix du marché, je recommande !

- Les douches sont clairement à améliorer, les pommeaux sont un peu défaillants et ont tendance a éclabousser l'ensemble de la pièce C'est vraiment le seul point négatif, sinon pour le prix c'est un grand oui
