+ Location - but this won’t work for everyone as the hostel is quite far from the actual city centre
- I have ever encountered. As in rude and not fussed about doing their job right. I discovered bed bugs and the internet was non existent so I used up all my mobile data. But I was willing to endure it until I actually found myself unable to work on a project that I had to work on whilst travelling despite renting a private room (no internet there) and despite the hostel advertising their own co-working space (no conditions to work there). I was actually over the moon when I have heard they have a co working space, however they forgot to mention in their advert that this co-working space is completely non-useable for working <ba dum tsss>. I tried it multiple times. There were people socialising in the co working space, being super loud, despite having the whole social lounge with a bar downstairs. Staff put no rules in place, because, ekhm they actually didn’t follow them themselves (keep on reading haha) When I finally asked a very loud guy (guest) if he could take it down or put headphones on, he said no, this resulted in me not being able to have a meeting with my supervisor. The next day was even worse, a very rude member of staff started asking me about a cable that was placed next to me and unused in the middle of my work meeting! He inserted himself in my laptop camera without any pardon whatsoever! Later on, he told me he actually works here lol. I asked him if he thinks it is a normal thing to just disturb a work meeting or any phone call by inserting himself in the screen and he said I should get over it. I told him that because of his behaviour I am cancelling the rest of my stay. I have argued my case with the My Place management but was dismissed. After cancelling the rest of my stay I found a very nice cabin hostel in the centre that was better, despite me actually renting a private at My Place.
- Très mal placé, pas confortable du tout, pas propre, très mal insonorisé (on entend la route comme si on dormait sur le trottoir si on est du mauvais côté, sans parler des klaxons de bateau), machines à laver et sèche linge deguelasse et pas fonctionnel.
Gut zu erreichen vom Flughafen, konnten kostenfrei unsere Tage umändern. Tauchen ist nur bis 15 Uhr buchbar, das sollte definitiv in der Beschreibung stehen, nur deshalb sind wir in dieses Hostel gezogen. So haben wir einen der wenigen Tage in Okinawa leider „verloren“. Beide Zimmer waren dreckig, Haare die definitiv nicht von uns waren, benutzte Rasierer und nicht geleerte Mülleimer jeweils. Die guten Bewertungen kommen daher, dass es Handtücher&Zahnbürsten umsonst gibt für die Leute ...
Diving is only until 3 pm buchbar, that should definitely be in the description, that's why we moved into this hostel. so we had one of the few days in Okinawa leader lost. both rooms were dirty, hair that definitely wasn't ours, used razors and not polished Mülleimer respectively. the good reviews come from the fact that there are Handtücher&Zahnbürsten free for the people in dorm
Not really a great location for Okinawa, especially if you want to go to the beach. The atmosphere was very lacking and not very social. The accommodations were okay, but I don’t see why this place has such a high rating. Overall I would not recommend this hostel.

- You get what you paid for. Bargain basement. Wafer thin mattress, pillow, cubicle walls. Fought all night with mosquito. Indifferent staff obviously not a hospitality professionals. Perhaps it’s tolerable for young people. Otherwise…

- They allow people to smoke in the property. Mattress is wafer thin. Depending on your room mates it may be noisy at night. Staff are all friendly but most are guest double as part time worker so don’t expect professional service or courtesy.

Great hostel in Naha right next to the ferry terminal. The communal space had a great social atmosphere with a bar and a vending machine that had beer. Desk staff were super nice and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend if you're coming to Okinawa.
Dorms- beds comfy, curtain for privacy and personal fan. Had a bathroom in the dorm which was always clean. Only downside (but common dorm issue) not much space to open bag but minor issue. Private- spacious, clean and comfy. Communal shower rooms are spacious, clean, with shower gel and a dressing room area! Great social areas + happy hour= easy to meet people! Walking distance to port, familymart and restaurants, shops etc. social hostel, would recommend for solo travellers.

Great hostel. The deluxe private room was as nice as our hotel room in Tokyo had been.
Excellent hostel. Best hostel I've ever been in terms of location (5 min walk to ferry for Tokashiki, Zamami islands, 5 min walk to fish marker where you'll find the freshest sushi) and sociability (huge separate building solely for common areas filled with travellers and backpackers ready to socialize). I even got to meet the legendary rock skipper "Deutsch Bomba", a german local in the Okinawa islands. I highly recommend Myplace to anyone visiting Okinawa!

+ Third time stayed at My place. Surly not the last. See you in July
+ Not too far from the airport and some attractions in Naha. The bed was comfortable and there's even a fan in case you get too hot. Kitchen and washing machine/dryer are also available.
- The area around the bed wasn't the cleanest and it can be noisy in the mornings because of the harbor. So if you're a light sleeper, you may need earplugs.
+ Comfy hostel and quiet at night. Guest kitchen was decent and facilities nice and clean. We were able to lock our touring bikes up in the laundry area. Plenty of luggage space in the 6-bed dorm and the sleeping mats were surprisingly comfortable.
+ Clean and well taken care of with a good amount of hang-out space. Co-work is also a good size with reliable internet. Staff is very helpful and baggage storage there is good
- Location I think is just ok. Bathroom in dorm could have better protection for shower mat getting wet.
+ こんなに交流が盛んなゲストハウスは貴重！ 各国の方とリビングで気軽に交流できる！ たまたまイベントの日でお好み焼きパーティして色んな方と仲良くなれて楽しかった！ シャワールームも別部屋に女性男性専用などがあり、広くてキレイ。 キッチンもガス台が2台もあり、快適に使えた。
- 特にないけど、ドミトリーが少し狭いぐらい？でも許容範囲。 2人部屋？にも泊まったけど、少しだけベッドが大きかったら助かった。

+ Limpieza
+ Super endroit, Baptiste est le petit rayon de soleil de l'auberge mais tout l'équipe est très sympa par ailleurs. Le coin partagé est très agréable, on rencontre plein de gens et il y a une très bonne ambiance. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable.

+ Great common room with really friendly vibes, was very easy to chat and meet other travelers. Rooms were great, I stayed in a private room that was bigger than any of the other accomm I’ve stayed in Japan
