The rooms have mold, are damp, and outdated. The staff provides poor service, especially Mr. Pablo, who is a liar and assigns you the worst rooms with false claims.

Not trans friendly. Staff would not allow our trans friend to stay in a female room, despite Portugal being a country of self identify gender law. The entrance was also super sketchy and incredibly hard to find and navigate. Gave overall bad vibes.
