The location is central. Otherwise it’s very poorly equipped: no soap, no hand towel, toilet paper outside of the toilet, no reading lamp, but the only lamp in the room can not be used with a switch otherwise there would be no electricity. The toilets and showers are run down. The female dorm is very small, there is almost nowhere to put bags and stuff. No curtains on the bed or on the window. The bell was not working when I arrived, which was not informed of. The hostel is basically empty.

The positive thing about this place was its rooftop and it’s location. Very antisocial atmosphere and not very friendly. The owner herself was lovely and very kind and helpful. Rooms were tiny and crammed.

Unfortunately there were not many other travellers staying there, when I arrived. Also the common area I didn't like that much for socializing. It would have been good, if there were the possibility to buy some stuff in the hostel (like some drinks etc.) and even better a bar. Lee, the volunteer that most of the time was working, when I was present, didn't talk a lot and also didn't seem to have a lot of info for travellers. You also couldn't book any tours, why I decided to reduce my stay here.

Unclear instructions on how to check-in. Someone from the building let us enter the gate and the main door. So, unsure about safety. Unfriendly staff member at the reception, unwilling to speak English even though he can speak it. Very noisy neighborhood. Central location near metro station.

nice place, but there's no lift and location is on the 5th floor of a building, I didn't live the neighborhood at night time.

Funcionários estranhos. Pouco comunicativos, parecem que estão dormindo. chegamos, interfonamos e NGM atendeu. estava quase desistindo até aparecer alguém fumando e entrarmos juntos. No geral, não recomendo. existem outras opções pelo mesmo preço ou parecido que vale a pena conhecer melhor.

located in Centro Histórico, a fairly hectic , deralick area.However, we Felt secure within the building as many keys are needed to enter gates and main area. The rooms were basic , but clean. Lots of noise from the street, dogs barking through out the night and a transculent window blind that covered the window. not the most comfortable stay at all but the price made up for it . Staff are super nice.

It is quite a chill atmosphere (although it was only half full) and quite secure as you need 4 keys to get in/out. Next time in CDMX we will probably stay in a different area with a bit more going on. I liked the way the hostel was decorated but a lot of things need updating, eg really creaky bunk bed, itchy sheets, nowhere to put clothes or our stuff, showers with a missing shower head, thin windows so you can hear the dog and cars outside in the night, etc. But it’s cheap.

I found the proprietar and staff to be friendly, which is why I hesitate to even write about my experience afterwards. Most hostels will allow guests to stay in common areas or leave their bags behind to do a pickup later, even if a fee is involved. Unfortunately, I was just told I must leave by 2pm, that I could not hang around for a while before going to the airport and that I could not leave my bag to pick up later. For me the best possible choice for a stay in central CDMX, with a flexible and pleasant staff.

you'll be staying in a very local and safe neighbourhood with lots of cheap eats around the area. the security is very good here. this is not at all a party hostel so if that's what you need, look elsewhere

In a good spot. The lady running the hotel is heaps nice. Very helpful. Just be ready to walk up a lot of stairs. Would stay again

Diana & Josue were very kind & welcoming hosts! Diana immediately made me & my friend feel embraced & safe (especially as two young women traveling, this was a gift to us.) Rooftop terrace & hammocks were lovely, location was wonderful, simple accommodations but had everything we needed. Thank you for welcoming me & creating such a special little place!

Unbeatable location, clean, perfectly equipped kitchen, suuuper nice staff and a rooftop terrace to melt away into to sunsets over CDMX - great recommend!

The hired staff did not know much about anything and could not get me a towel even tho it was included.

Stunning dreamlike rooftop view. Few guests at one time, great for remote workers, who want to be close to everything in the centre but also want a peaceful escape when back at the hostel. Other guests were very friendly, down to earth, staff were helpful and made the place feel home-like. Would definitely recommend for folks in their late 20s up looking to meet nice people but also relax.

Good value for private room. Bathrooms got cleaned, hot water somewhat temperamental. Not very social and very few people around when we stayed. Staff not very helpful

Un hostal muy agradable. Una energía muy bonita Muy centrico, con una terraza estupenda y una cocina grande con todo aquello que se necesita. Los chicos que se encargaban del hostal eran encantadores. Un lugar donde sentirse en casa. Volvería sin dudarlo.

This hostel is really great value for the money. The view is absolutely wonderful. Small and cosy kitchen that feels overall very clean. They have hot showers, though it took me a few tries to get the settings right (honestly one of the few places in Mexico I've gotten a hot shower tbh). The beds are a little too hard for my liking, and the street is noisy, but that just comes with staying in Mexico City center. They atmosphere at the hostel is really nice, and does not feel like a party hostel ...

The place was fine for a couple days. Very nice rooftops. The rooms are cramped and the bathrooms could do with a bit more privacy, but for what you’re paying it is okay. The hostel is on the fifth floor in a building showing no signs there’s a hostel inside so be aware of that if you’re arriving late like we were.
