- Nada, una estafa. Nada que ver con las fotos que anuncian en booking , no te podrías poner de pie en la habitación, muy incómoda la cama para subir, todo muy viejo, no pude dormir del ruido constante de la cisterna , fue una pesadilla

+ I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent booking, as the accommodation did not reflect how it was advertised and resulted in significant inconvenience and additional expense. The listing gave the clear impression that this was a private hotel room. At no point was it made clear that the accommodation was, in fact, a hostel-style room. Had this been disclosed accurately, I would not have proceeded with the booking—particularly at the price of $450 for a single night. Upon arrival, the room was extremely small and impractical for the cost paid. The loft space was so low that it was not possible to stand upright beneath it, which made the room uncomfortable and unsuitable. This was a major contrast to the expectations set by the advertisement. Communication regarding the nature and layout of the room was also poor, contributing further to the misunderstanding.

- Las fotos del baño no eran lo mismo. El aire acondicionado tiraba olor a pis de gato, avise al personal y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Pedí cambiarme y me dijeron que no era posible; me dijeron que abra las ventanas, y hacía demasiado frío para dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Y además el aire no paro de hacer ruido en toda la noche. Las almohadas estaban sucias, como si no le hubieran cambiado el protector. Y además estaba muy sucio, no solo el baño, la habitación igual, pelis de diferentes huéspedes, como si no hubieran aspirado o pasado el trapo de piso. Me he quedado en otra ocasión, hace un año; el hotel tenía otro nombre, y no estaba así de horrible, así de sucio, y descuidado. No lo recomiendo para nada. Y de corazón espero que empiecen a limpiar bien, porque es antihigiénico quedarse ahí,y encima pagar casi 200 dólares.

- We didn’t stay there because the place was horrendous. One quick go to the common toilet and I could see how discussing and dirty was . I had to book a place somewhere else and leave . I think we need some compensation.

- Die Bilder entsprechen nicht annähernd der Realität. Es gibt keinen Aufenthaltsraum. Die Zimmer sind dreckig, das Bad schimmelt an jeder Fuge die nur schimmeln kann. Auf Anfrage wurde uns der schimmelige Duschvorhang ausgetauscht, zu einen normalen Vorhang.. kein Wunder dass der schimmelt. Weder Duschbad noch Seife waren aufgefüllt obwohl 3 von 4 Personen das Zimmer an dem Tag neu bezogen haben. Gemeinschaftstoilette wird nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Personal bei Anreise schnippisch.

+ Sijainti oli hyvä.

- Huone oli kyllä superpieni ja huoneen ulkopuolella oleva suihku ja wc olivat luokkaa laivan kylpyhuone, mutta puolet pois. Arvioisin, että kylpyhuone oli metri x puoli metriä eli yhden neliön kokoinen. Hostellissa avain oli app:ssä ja minulla se toimi kerran! Onneksi huoneen oveen oli koodi, joka toimi, mutta wc:n ei ollut ovikoodia ja kerran jouduin käydä hostellin yleisessä wc:ssä eikä siellä tietenkään ollut wc-paperia!

+ Ich hatte starke Rückenschmerzen und daher spezifische Fragen und Wünsche. Alles was möglich war wurde mir erfüllt, dafür bedanke ich mich herzlich! Und es war wirklich ein toller Standort!! Auch wenn ich mir Sydney nicht anschauen konnte wegen meinem Rücken konnte ich doch zum Strand laufen und da die Surfer beobachten. :)

+ Beautiful hostel! We had a small private double, absolutely loved this. Space is used perfectly in these rooms to provide a small living area and TV with the double bunk bed overhead. Small shower / toilet room but didn’t mind at all - loved our little space. Clean and comfortable. Many lovely areas to sit, 3 living spaces off the kitchen and the front outdoor area is lovely too. Location is amazing. Staff are so friendly and happy to help.

- Kitchen only has 4 working hobs (2 sets of 2), there are an additional 4 but these are not working - this made cooking difficult at peak times.

+ Great location, very central to all cafes/restaurant/shops. Only a bus ride away from the cbd which is also great! Staff were very helpful, we had an ant infestation overnight but they sprayed it and cleaned up the mess. The window sill definitely needs to be resealed to stop that from happening again as there was some pretty big holes created by the ants! Overall, experience was great!!

- The ants and aircon unit definitely needs to be serviced/filter changed as it was making some pretty bad noise and switching on and off by itself!

- when entering the room there was a strange smell, a bit like a damp smell. We noticed it every time we entered the room but it was fine.

+ The location is 10/10. It’s clean and modern. The stuff was super friendly.

- There is less space everywhere and the chill area is in the underground.

+ The room they had on the picture when i booked was a nice looking loft bed. I recieved a tiny room only just big enough for a bed.

- The picture should resemble the room i booked.

+ Perfect location, the staff were so helpful and quickly sorted any problems we had. The rooms were very cozy.

- The first room was awful, the shower head didn’t stay up, it had cockroaches and wasn’t clean. We moved rooms and got upgraded which was so much better, however, there was still a lot of dust. The rooms could be cleaner.
